I always enjoy myself at The Jetty Bar and Grille. The staff is friendly and flexible. We were a party of six, suddenly five. The Grille accommodated our desire to be in a quieter part of the restaurant for our gathering. Much appreciated. They have a number of items of their menu that appeal to vegetarians. Much appreciated, as is the breakfast menu all day.

We ended up having two servers, due to breaks, Mario and Sam. They were both so incredibly friendly and helpful. My friend and I had a wonderful dining experience on the patio in the beautiful sunshine.

Bridgette was very helpful and nice. The food was good and the portions were pretty big. We ordered fish and chips and fettuccini Alfredo. The outside sitting is definitely better option as we could see the water and the boats.

Absolutely one of the worst places for service. Ordered a Ceasars Salad with Shrimp. There was MORE SHAVINGS of Parm then there were pieces of Romain. Complained about it. Was asked what would make it right, and I said Comp my dinner which would have been $27. Manager comes by i show her and she asks if I want another one. I said to comp my dinner. She says she can't do that. But offers 30% discount. I said no thanks and she takes my plate. Took it off my bill but I still had half my shrimp and there was still salad I could eat.

I do not recommend the Jetty Bar and Grill. I ordered the filet mignon and it was terrible. The filet had baby potatoes, asparagus, snow crab, and a hollandaise sauce. Unfortunately, the entire dish was lacking seasoning. Everything was super bland; except for the snow crab which was so salty it was inedible. The hollandaise sauce was not an actual hollandaise sauce. It was runny and you could see the sauce had broken, so a runny oily sauce with no flavor. The steak was cooked nicely, but it didn't look like any filet mignon I've ever had. The Baja fish tacos were ordered by my party as well and I will never understand why restaurants don't season the fish before breading and why the breading never has any seasoning. The tacos were served on corn tortillas and they didn't warm them, so the tacos broke apart when you took a bite. The tacos were also bland. The pineapple salsa and pickled red onion helped, but it wasn't enough. We also ordered the coconut prawns with a mango chutney. The prawns were good, however, I wish the chutney had some heat in it to balance out how sweet it was. All in all the food is bland and the restaurant is overpriced for what you got. We did let them know we were unhappy with our food and why. We were offered a free dessert. The filet was $56 and we had ordered two and neither of them were finished. It would be have been nice to have one of the meals comped for being terrible. The restaurant wasn't busy at all which should've been a sign, but it was still very loud. The room is large and sound carries. As we were getting ready to leave our server brought us pens in hopes that we would come back...we will not be returning so we can pay a large bill for terrible food. Do not waste your time or your money!!

Delicious drinks, the service was seriously lacking. We were the only group in the bar, it was clear from the bartenders attitude they would have preferred to be anywhere else other then at work. Not friendly, no smiles, no questions, no follow up. Don't be a bartender if you dont want to provide customer service, especially at a hotel bar.

Absolute disaster of an establishment, an embarrassment to the restaurant and service industry. If Hotel Indigo supports this place, they should reevaluate their business model. I rarely leave bad reviews because it could be a fluke but this place is rated poorly for a reason.
