This store is the worst. The service is slow. Sandwiches are almost always wrong. Ordered a tuna with no cheese, add mayo, mustard, onion, extra pickles. Got a sandwich eith half the sandwich missing tuna, cheese on there, no mustard, 1 onion sliver that was wilted and slimy. They other two wraps were okay. $58 for 3 sandwiches is ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!

Friendly staff, always. I got a sandwich I didn't order for delivery and they offered to fixed the mistake, refund or deliver what I ordered. You can't ask for more. We're all human, but customer service seems a thing of the past. This store is great!

This location is great— the people who work here are always friendly, efficient, and consistently make great sandwiches! I love that Jimmy’s now can toast your sandwich too if you’d like as well. My personal go to is the Beach Club 👌🏽
I’ve always been a big fan of Jimmy John’s. But I went in yesterday and it took them 16 minutes to make a sandwich watched some lazy employee fill the cup dispenser instead of make me a sandwich. Today I tried to place an order and they called to say they were “cooling down” the toaster so that is textbook bad customer service I’ll never go back.
