This location is great— the people who work here are always friendly, efficient, and consistently make great sandwiches! I love that Jimmy’s now can toast your sandwich too if you’d like as well. My personal go to is the Beach Club 👌🏽

I’ve always been a big fan of Jimmy John’s. But I went in yesterday and it took them 16 minutes to make a sandwich watched some lazy employee fill the cup dispenser instead of make me a sandwich. Today I tried to place an order and they called to say they were “cooling down” the toaster so that is textbook bad customer service I’ll never go back.

Ordered a sandwich at the counter, took 25 minutes to make. I understand there was a large group order, but they should have prioritized the guests waiting as well. Won't be back again.

Two staff members and they can’t make an order correctly. The man working is tall with brown hair, he always has some sort of issue making my sandwich every-time I come in. I’ve never had a problem with this location until this worker. He’s skimpy on portions, and that’s not me being greedy. I had three single pieces of turkey for my whole sandwich. I eat jimmy johns often and this is not how it should come standard- this was a sloppy job from a guy who doesn’t give a shit. That seems weird. I shouldn’t be paying 15$ for a bag of chips and a sandwich that had more Mayo than anything else.
I had to go in after my husband ordered because the male worker didn’t read the receipt. He even said “I didn’t even read that, my bad”
Like what?
If you’re behind that counter, know how to do your Job. This location is trash to me now simply because of my experience with this same worker. Train him BETTER, or find someone who can do the job efficiently.
Also I had my order remade, and the guy still couldn’t get portion control right, nor do I think he knows what even goes on a #12.
This is my experience, if you’re gonna spend money- make that extra drive and go to the location at Everett mall or better yet Marysville.

I love jimmy johns but this locations management's has to go! The last 2 times I went there they were either out of bread or toppings. One time they were closed even though it was midday and the website said they were open. Terrible!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered through doordash, they dropped it off at the wrong place. I asked for a refund and they said it would be on my account but it wasn't. They loudly and proudly stole from me. They are thieves and liars. Don't but anything from them.

Ordered delivery through the JJs app and it got delivered by Uber, much to my surprise. The uber had “stops along the way” before me. I live less than a mile away from this JJs but it took 30+ min to get delivered. I would have rather JJs reject my order so I could just re-place it as a pick up. The app has a small text warning that the delivery “may be 3rd party” but there was no warning that it would for sure be third party before I placed the order. I just really hope the tip I included went to the uber driver. It was intended to be for the delivery.
Also, sandwiches weren’t cut in half (as requested), they missed a topping, and didn’t include a straw for the soda. All pretty small things, but I was already disappointed by the Uber.
Worst experience I have ever had. Terrible staff and horrible manager. I have placed a call to corporate to discuss this awful experience.
