To the cashier working tonight — please fix your attitude. The sign says the store is open until 9 PM, and we came in at 8:30 PM. That’s 30 minutes before closing, which means the store is still open for business.
We understand that staff starts getting ready to close, but that’s not a reason for the crappy attitude. We work late and were really looking forward to ending a long, hard week with a good sandwich. Instead, we were met with a bad attitude that ruined the experience.
If customers coming in 30 minutes before closing is a problem, then maybe management should change the store hours. We love this place and the food, but the customer service tonight was disappointing.

I called in a mobile order about an hour before close. Got there and the staff was friendly and my order was ready. I got an unwich (lettuce wrapped) and thr lettuce in and wrapped around my sandwich was old and in sad shape. I love jimmy John's, largely for the unwich as I don't eat bread for health reasons. But this one was pathetic.

Had a great time here with my son today. Bought a wonderful sub. The service was great--even though I had an issue with paying, yet they were easy going waiting for me to make my own card work right. They even had a fun surprise in the bathroom: fun pictures on the walls!

Took 30-45min for delivery thru app and had a ton of onion in the lettuce so that was a real bummer normally they are pretty decent. Edit just got to work went to eat my sandwich and it's all wrong and has stuff on it I didn't order. So peeved off. Paid for extra just to get the wrong stuff. Will update if they make it right.

Tried the pickle sandwich and it was a little difficult to eat but it tasted great. I did oer online and then drove to the store to pickup. I got in the store and lots of people came in and made in person orders while I watched and got their food before me. I ordered my food long before they even got there and placed their orders but somehow they were in and out of the store in no time. Jimmy John fast isn't fast with online orders.

We ordered pickup today. They called 15min later to say they had no original bread left so we had to pick another type. I asked for napkins to be included, they were not. I found not one but two long dark curly hairs in my sandwich. We’ll be going elsewhere.
