Slowest JJs I’ve ever been to. One person making sandwiches and the other couldn’t be bothered to help. Visited at a slow time of day and it still took 20 minutes to get a sandwich. Unacceptable.

I am tired of arguing with people here. 90% of the sandwiches have bread removed by default. The slims do not and have an option on the app to remove it. I never choose that. 9/10 times they get it right but when they get it wrong and remove the bread they say “I was trained that way and you are wrong.” I am tired of dealing with this.

Wait stop, the lady that helped me out was so sweet. The app was bugging and couldn’t redeem my points but she literally helped me out so quick and made my sandwich with love. Thank you for the help :)

Why does it take literally 11 minutes to get a sandwich here? On a Sunday, two other people in the store. Not packed, no stress - just slow. For a shop that is supposed to be fast. I could have gotten thai food fresh in the same amount of time. I have been going to JJ for more than 25 years. This one is the worst!

Don’t forget to tip on your order or they will mess up your sandwich. Never had a problem with this location before but when I forgot to tip on the app they got my order completely wrong.

So I'm pregnant- all I have been craving is a veggie sandwich. My first visit to this location: about an hour and a half before close they refused service because they "already put everything away." Cried a lot because what the actual heck?? tried this location again today and the made the veggie sandwich wrong!! what?!!?! It doesn't even have meat! I didn't even bother asking them to fix it, because they were so rude. 20 dollars for a sandwich made wrong. I've been nice every time and they're so rude. This night crew here is horrible. Genuinely has made me so upset. just go to Quiznos, tbh even subway would be better at least then it's the right sandwich.

I came for two sandwiches with all the meats in this establishment at 6:38 what surprises me is that the employees did not have bread prepared for any sandwich only one it is incredible that these establishments do not have so ready for the customers what they sell

I placed an order online and put the time that I was going to pick up. I place the order 2 hours before pick up . Went to go pick up my order, and it wasn't even ready. The cashier looked confused and asked the other girls. Tried to pull off that someone with the same name picked up my ord, and / d or did I had someone pick up my order. They seem like they just didn't want to admit they forgot to make my order the place wasn't busy when I went to pick up my order. I had stand and wait fir them to my food . I wasn't going to leave without my order cause they lied not making my order and not wanting to make my order by lying that I someone picked up my order

Walked in and no customers are in the store. I placed an online order ahead and the associate was sitting in a table on his phone. I told him I had a pick up order and his response was oh. It will take me five mins. lol freaky fast right?

I go to jimmy John’s about 3 times a month. It’s the only fast food place I ever go to. Today at 330 I went to the Everett mall store. I have not been there in a while and wow. I ordered their roast beef sandwich. I asked for the sliced bread I noticed it was all smashed and missing an entire corner. I asked the young girl about it and she said she didn’t know then I asked her if there was any other bread and she goes no this is it then I asked her to make it on the French bread. I might have I was the only person in the store. I will give her credit. She made the sandwich fast so fast I didn’t have the opportunity to specialize it at all. She clearly was having a bad day. I tried to always be polite to everybody, especially weight staff, but this young girl was rude. Anyway got the sandwich and the bread was wet. It was wet did I say it was wet it was wet. How does bread get wet, needless to say I took a bite and a half and threw it away. Whoever owns this store might wanna take a look disappointment level high.

My first visit to a Jimmy John’s was at the Everett Mall location. From the moment we walked in it was a disappointment. Walked up to the register and was told by the mgr we had to wait because the cashier was counting tips. We waited, ordered then went to sit down every single table was filthy. There wasn’t one table that didn’t have chips, crumbs and sticky soda in the tables and seats. Everyone that came in had to clean off their own table. When we got our sandwich it had 2 pieces of turkey on it. The employees at this location do not take pride in their jobs whatsoever! If these are franchises the owners should visit more often.
