Terrible. When my young son and I arrived today the owner, I presume, was screaming at an employee in the back. Relentlessly. Just when we thought it was over she would start again. So unprofessional and uncomfortable for everyone in the dining room. No soap in the bathroom, no sanitizer in the dining room. Wondering how employees wash their hands after using the bathroom. They don't even have a refill for it when I asked🤢 Dirty dining room floor, filthy glass door. Makes me wonder what the hidden kitchen looks like.

Super fast good quality food. The chicken teriyaki bowl special price of 7.99 is unbeatable and it comes with delicious glass noodles! The Salmon Teriyaki also delicious!

The worst cuts meat. Hardly any meat is attached to the fat. They seasoned the fat but could not hide it. More than half of my serving is fat. Won't be going back
The staff are friendly and the food was delicious. Their specials make feeding a large family easier on the budget. Some of the deals change but a good deal to check out is the select 2 entrees for 19.99 which is pretty good at keeping some options open if you're wanting to try multiple dishes without drying up the wallet.
Chicken fried rice was delicious and the spicy chicken was a good compliment to the fries rice as well. Portions are generous so that works out really well if you're looking to share the dish.
This place is a regular spot for my family now.

Today Tuesday April 29th I went to my favorite teriyaki spot. This was not like every other time. My sister in law ordered the food she ordered 2 teriyaki 1 fried rice and some gyros. My wife went in to pick it up on her way home. They handed her 3 teriyakis instead of 2 and charged us for it. No biggy small mistake we paid for it it is what it is then when the food arrives home and we start eating their was egg shells all over in the fried rice so we spit it out in the garbage it made it inedible. We called the store to let them know and they said “we don’t do refund and if u want it remade u have to drive it down and show us all the egg shells in the fried rice”. Just worked a 12 hour shift plumbing and have kids at home we do not want to pack up are whole family just for some fried rice we asked if we could get it made in the future as a credit and they denied they did anything wrong unless I brought them proof and would have to wait l for them to make it again. We spent $60 and are regulars ordering from here every other week and get this kind of customer service I don’t think we will be back.
