We are always super happy with our time at Katana. Tonight we branched out and tried different rolls than we normally would. Two of the board specials and the Fair Maiden, which were all so unique and delicious in their own ways. The hamachi and saba nigiri were both excellent! And as usual the service was awesome!

I can't speak for the atmosphere but I do get delivery from them and it is always packed amazingly well. Fish is fresh, the rolls have a good rice to filling ratio, and it all taste amazing. I didn't realize they were not far from me so I'll have to go in person to check it out.

The host was super friendly! Chicken karaage was delicious and it came with a very tasty sauce. The Godzilla roll was mid at best. The chicken tempura inside tasted like it has been sitting around and overall I didn’t feel like a lot of love went into it.

I've been the last two Saturdays even though I live nowhere close. Both times I had their lunch sushi combo. Both times I was more than pleased at the quality of the sushi and equally pleased with the portion. My friend had the generously portioned bento box this visit and a sushi combo on our previous visit. Being critical, the coating on the bento's katsu was too salty, the gyosa were fried hard, not crisp, the miso so far hasn't been served hot or close to hot. The staff especially deserved 5 stars. They were friendly, they were helpful, they were always prompt by paying attention but they didn't pester. The staff genuinely seemed to get along well, that pays off. I'll be back for sure and I will continue to tell others about it. Oh yeah, their generous serving of agadashi is better than many, it was delicious.

Spectacular... hands-down my favorite sushi joint in the PNW. Service is phenomenal, food is exquisite, and the all around vibe of the place is tranquil. A must stop and experience this for yourself.
Service was excellent. Food was on time and good. Reservation at 5pm, table was ready waiting. They executed my notes for the reservation written on open table. Date night with my wife, quiet perimeter table. We ordered 3 apps, 4 specialty rolls. Never once felt rushed. Will be a regular stop when we travel south from home.
Best sushi we have ever had! Our waitress was attentive and personable. Food was great and the service was excellent.

First thing the water served was not very cold almost warm. Second that tempura platter was the first thing we ordered and the description says fried shrimp and veggies but the plate consisted of 2 pc of shrimp and the rest was fried veggies considering it's a shrimp plate I had assumed it would have more shrimp also the batter was soft and not very crunchy we ended up only eating the shrimp and asked to have the food taken away a waist of 13 dollars. The entrees were no better the teriyaki plate chicken was dry and didn't have any flavor, and the rice slightly hard like the rice wasn't washed before cooking 😡 the sushi was no better it didn't taste fresh and was extremely expensive for what I got. On top of it all I felt sick after I left and spent the rest of the night on the toilet. In total I spent almost 70 dollars on this food which at a lot of sushi places I've been would have been double the amount of food and taste better.

Food was good but not great this time. It is usually better quality. It was poorly rolled and little sauce on all of our rolls. Service was good not too many people there. So we got in right away.
