Ordered a 7 dollar fillup and they forgot the pie poppers and then refused to substitute them or refund for them

I ordered two of the $7 fill ups, and I go up to the window to go pay. I gave the gentleman my card, and then he gives me the sodas and the receipt, and I didn't think anything of it but I was like wait he did not give me my card back. So I looked in my purse and everything I could not find it so I went and parked because there was people behind us. Then I look in my purse just to make sure and sure enough he did not give me my card. I went inside and my card was on the floor in the Drive-Thru so while he is walking around he is walking on my debit card. I told him sorry you did not give me my card back, then he says yes I did I go no you did not. He was looking around and he goes oh shoot the wind must of blew it. There is no wind people. Not sure what he was trying to do with my card. That really ticked me off. It does not end there we get home to go eat and the chicken pieces were tiny they were like a half of a piece is that what the $7 fill up is supposed to look like? If I'm going to pay money at somewhere, I want to be able to get the food that I paid for and that was like a kid's meal. they were not busy so I'm really ticked off the type of service that I got from this one. I even used to work at this one years ago and we never made our chicken strips like that.

Whatever you do, do not order online. Placed an order with the app. Arrived to pick up my order and was told they were out of what I ordered and asked if I wanted something else. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to do that through the app. There was no refund option in the app, so I called the customer service number and was given the run around. So now I’m out $16 and a wasted lunch break.

I don’t know. What the heck is the problem with this KFC location. Every time I order! Trust me every single time they messed up with the order. So frustrating!
I ordered through the app. I confirmed with the person working that I was taking the correct to go order. I got back and found that nothing was correct. I ordered a 10 piece original and got crispy. My sides were supposed to be Mac and Cheese and Fries. I got coleslaw and biscuits. I got butter and honey sauce instead of kfc sauce.

Just wanted to just give a shout out to The staff at this location. Came here twice this week because we’ve been moving And it’s been convenient to stop and just pick up food after a long hard day work. Both times have been awesome. This last time they forgot something in my order and Anthony was very kind and even went the extra mile to make it up to us. Probably the best customer service in Everett for fast food! Great food too always fresh.
