Just wanted to just give a shout out to The staff at this location. Came here twice this week because we’ve been moving And it’s been convenient to stop and just pick up food after a long hard day work. Both times have been awesome. This last time they forgot something in my order and Anthony was very kind and even went the extra mile to make it up to us. Probably the best customer service in Everett for fast food! Great food too always fresh.

12/31 at 3:16pm. Going to this place was a obviously a mistake and a solid reason why I do not support raising the minimum wage when employees can’t even fulfill the order correctly! Ordered a 3 piece tender with ranch and honey mustard with mashed potatoes and gravy. I had to repeat it three times even! I drive away a good distance to eat. Open up the bag and box to see no sauces and no fork for the mashed potatoes.
You can’t do the minimum so you don’t even deserve it. Now I am worried they didn’t wash their hands if they forget that much.

I just waited AN HOUR for my delivery and after AN HOUR all of a sudden I get a notification saying my order has been canceled!!! What a joke. Give this dumpster business a chance again and this is what I get for it.

I haven't had KFC in a hot minute, and it wasn't due to bad quality before. Imagine my surprise when I got it yesterday during dinnertime. The only thing this place had going for it was the fries. I ordered a 6 piece family meal with a 10 piece nugget. Get home which was only a couple blocks away. The nuggets were cold and chewy, didn't even eat them. They also forgot to put the sauces with my order as well. The Mac and cheese had hardened on the top and was just unappetizing. The biscuits were cold and hard as well, and the worst of all was the extra crispy chicken, barely any meat on the pieces. What meat was on the pieces was very dry like it had been overcooked, sat too long, or both. The wing piece, which usually is the lesser of the meat, I barely found a sliver of meat left on it. So for it being dinnertime around 6pm, and for their food to be in that state of quality, tells me one major thing, avoid this place, cause obviously they don't care about quality. They hold the KFC name, but that is not the KFC that I know, and won't be back. I'll be sending this review up the corporate chain as well.
