The pot pie really won me over. It has a great layered pie crust that's closer to a big, crispy buttery croissant. This was absolutely delicious and it surprised me as I couldn't imagine it. Think layers of folded bread lightly stacked. Each layer piece of the crust had a light and buttery taste that stacked top half crunchy, bottom soft that melts in the mouth.The filling is KFC's gravy. Have you heard of this?Mine had veggies and white meat chicken. I love it so much I told my mom it's in my top three favorite quick food items to have. I suppose what makes this unique in my case is that while I like KFC, I'm particular and prefer home made fried chicken. As a cook I would have a very difficult time replicating this recipe.My dog and cat also enjoyed chicken with zero complaints, and the cat is an absolute snob!Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is ground level.

Sorry to the team that works there. You were absolutely great and keep a really clean store. It's negative for the food. Hate drive-thrus so called ahead to be sure their lobby was open. The guy that answered the phone was so chipper and just great. Service was fantastic. Place clean. Got home and of 4 thighs one was edible. Other 3 skin looked and tasted burned and just "off," sour-ish, like the oil was rancid. I've still got the taste in my mouth. I know large pieces of skin easily come off but it pulled off entirely like a hard piece of leather on first bite of each and too tough to chew. The meat was so dry, not even stringy, virtually no moisture and stale tasting. The biscuit the Silvertips could play with. I absolutely hate giving negative reviews but this was bad. Had a similar experience a few months ago and thought I'd give one more try. It'll be last one. It's really close for me but I'm going to be going to the "other place" on Rucker/Hwy 99.

How hard is it to put the sauces in the bag? You have one damn job! Make sure the orders are correct! Simple! Yet I ordered several times the last couple months for delivery and EVERY TIME they don't put the sauce in the bags for the nuggets! The order literally has two options for added sauces yet these brainless workers can't seem to put the sauces in the bag!!! EVER!!! Useless workers here. Avoid.

We ordered takeout dinner, after an event in Everett. The service was nice and the store was pretty nice. But the food especially the Original recipe 8 piece bucket was terrible. We were dismayed to find the oil was rancid and spoiled the overall experience. We have eaten at other locations, never this bad. We will not return.* The 3 stars are purely for the service and ambience.
i want to share with the world how good KFC customer care hotline is and the Manager at KFC @ 1801 Broadway Avenue in Everett WA is. I called the KFC customer care hotline and the woman who answered was attentive n sympathetic to my food not being hot she is a gem and Thank you She apparently passed my message on to the KFC store I went to and within a hour of me calling the care hotline the manager (Kody) of that store was calling me on the phone and apologizing and willing to refix my order.I have never had a manager call me on my phone and on a Sunday Thank you Kody and thank you KFC customer care line lady shout out to you both for the best customer service ever from you both so if u r in the customer service business I suggest you take notes because this dynamic duo is the best at it.To have gr8 customer service is a talent n can make or break a business. Most of the time customer service is the businesses first point of contact and so many businesses don't understand that these days and have these rude unsympathetic people on the front line representing their business ....Team work makes the dream work thank you KFCParking: numerous spots

I ordered 5 tenders I was lukewarm I the person who served me was not paying attention well I don't know if she was talking on the phone why she had a hearing aid on the other side of her ear She gave me the orders in parts I had to wait a while her name is Sandra I asked him if he was okay, he said he had the flu so he was working and he still got upset.

I mean it's KFC if youve never had KFC your either from a place that isn't big enough in population, or you were deprived as a child or taken care of either way . The food is the food . I won't spend valuable real estate on describing food that's a chain , but the customer service from a fast food joint pretty good probably better then some full service restaurants lol ?
