KFC Evergreen way is very consistent with their customer service and food quality. They’ve gotten way better over time. And, I feel the employees actually care.

You know when you go through a drive through and someone forgets to put something in your bag! Well it happened to me tonight!! A biscuit, just a biscuit was forgot! I had my heart set on the biscuit. They remembered to put the honey and butter in this time and that's usually what they forget. So when I saw the honey and butter I was really happy. Then after opening my box, there was no biscuit!!! To top that off, it was 20 min to ten and I called non stop to see if I could come back to retrieve the forgotten biscuit NO ONE answered the phone!!! How lame is that. So my exciting night at the drive through led to heart ache and feeling ignored by the people at KFC who forgot to give me my biscuit!! I just want people at that drive through to get it together and yes I still want my biscuit!!

We ordered chicken tenders. The meat quality is TERRIBLE, no fault of the workers. My husband took two or three bites and said "oh my god, I'm not putting any more of that in my mouth I'd rather be hungry!" I had to agree, it was like flavorless tofu. Quality of food has really gone downhill while prices escalate.

Can you guys normalize giving the right utensil for customers? Last time I ordered chicken with gravy and mac and cheese, you guys didn’t give us a fork. And today I ordered 2 drinks; you guys didn’t give us any straws. How am I supposed to drink?

Sealing online order bags is the dumbest thing ever and if your order comes in one I highly recommend opening it to double check everything is there. I am always missing something and mistakes happens but it’s annoying I have to tear open a bag to double check. Previous orders it was just extra biscuits we were missing but this time it’s 2 orders of fries that should have come with our chicken strip combo.
