I order Tuesday specials which it 8pc chicken strips , pick up and i went home the satrips getting small and small ( i usually order from this location only) and and they frequently make a mistake about the order Last time instead crispy the give me regular and this time supposed to 8 strips they give me only 7 strips Is not worth for me to come back because i live 6 mile away but how can be a food worker make a lot of mistake without store manager know about it

Ordered to go and got old soggy chicken that was lukewarm. Only hot item was the mash potatoes. Also the pie poppers were a joke. They had practically no filling in them. I don't eat fast food often but my husband was craving it. We learned a valuable lesson on why we stay away from this overpriced garbage.

Order through doordash and spent $80 . We got old chicken and called them they tell us to call doordash to fix our problem. Then they proceeded to tell us they won't be making anymore chicken for the night . It was 10pm and they don't close till 12am. Very rude and they hung the phone up.

Worst service I have ever experienced in a drive thru, to the degree that I emailed headquarters, which I've never done. Working fast food drive thru was my first job as a teenager - I never even would have so much as thought of treating somebody the way I was spoken to tonight. It disgusted me enough to just drive through without ordering anything with a tired toddler in the back and get food elsewhere. These entitled young people need to be trained how to be a decent human working in the customer service industry or let go to work elsewhere where they're not dealing with the general public all day.

KFC Evergreen way is very consistent with their customer service and food quality. They’ve gotten way better over time. And, I feel the employees actually care.

You know when you go through a drive through and someone forgets to put something in your bag! Well it happened to me tonight!! A biscuit, just a biscuit was forgot! I had my heart set on the biscuit. They remembered to put the honey and butter in this time and that's usually what they forget. So when I saw the honey and butter I was really happy. Then after opening my box, there was no biscuit!!! To top that off, it was 20 min to ten and I called non stop to see if I could come back to retrieve the forgotten biscuit NO ONE answered the phone!!! How lame is that. So my exciting night at the drive through led to heart ache and feeling ignored by the people at KFC who forgot to give me my biscuit!! I just want people at that drive through to get it together and yes I still want my biscuit!!

We ordered chicken tenders. The meat quality is TERRIBLE, no fault of the workers. My husband took two or three bites and said "oh my god, I'm not putting any more of that in my mouth I'd rather be hungry!" I had to agree, it was like flavorless tofu. Quality of food has really gone downhill while prices escalate.

Can you guys normalize giving the right utensil for customers? Last time I ordered chicken with gravy and mac and cheese, you guys didn’t give us a fork. And today I ordered 2 drinks; you guys didn’t give us any straws. How am I supposed to drink?
