I ordered food there the other day and got undercooked chicken I called and spoke to manager and explained to her and she was more worried about seeing my receipt than the fact she sold me under cooked chicken this place has been reported and I do not recommend eating here at all.

Commercials ~ So disappointed in the new advertising campaign where the new colonel throws the sauce in a temper fit. What are you promoting? No thank you! I’ll not support that attitude and behavior especially with children involved. No more KFC with this type of advertising.

Was not a good experience we ordered dinner for 4 people. Half order extra crispy half order original. We paid 65.00 for the meal and had to wait 20 minutes for her to walk our order out to us from drive through. Got home and was missing a coleslaw and all chicken was extra crispy and extra greasy. Not worth the money you pay for a meal like this.
The place was clean and tidy. We had used the app to order our meal and waited for it to be ready. Service was friendly and polite.

I order Tuesday specials which it 8pc chicken strips , pick up and i went home the satrips getting small and small ( i usually order from this location only) and and they frequently make a mistake about the order Last time instead crispy the give me regular and this time supposed to 8 strips they give me only 7 strips Is not worth for me to come back because i live 6 mile away but how can be a food worker make a lot of mistake without store manager know about it

Ordered to go and got old soggy chicken that was lukewarm. Only hot item was the mash potatoes. Also the pie poppers were a joke. They had practically no filling in them. I don't eat fast food often but my husband was craving it. We learned a valuable lesson on why we stay away from this overpriced garbage.
