Everytime I place an order for pick up or delivery something is missing. Customer service is a joke when trying to get help with anything.

Expensive now. $30 for 10pc chicken 3 small sides n 4 rolls.Vegetarian options: There aren't any. Cole Slaw n potatoes, that's it. Anything fried is done in chicken grease/oil fryer!

Forgot to make my food. After 15 min I asked about it and they started making it and it was not busy
Ordered via drive-thru. No wait, surprisingly: however, the food fries were gummy by the time I reached my hotel room 6 min away. Also, the sandwich was much more salter than ever, and the brownies I bought tasted like the cardboard box it was in. I had some challenges upon returning to the store but was rectified with some attitude ... not mine...

KFC is pretty good. I had the world famous ezell's in lynnwood, this was a little better. The mac and cheese chicken wrap was just ok, but I could not taste the mac. The ranch one was a bit better. Fried chicken was pretty good, even the next day. I came here one time and got a meal, the Biscuits were the best I have ever had. Sadly, that was the only time. Every other visit, they are a bit hard with ok flavor.
