Good chicken, mediocre sides, terrible service. The quintessential gas station chicken experience. Ordered through Grubhub, they hadn't checked on their end so the order wasn't ready when we arrived, was told it would be 5 minutes, took 15. Chicken was hot, crispy and juicy. Mashed potatoes and gravy had the consistency of a soup. The jambalaya was dry and stale. We were shorted one piece of chicken on one of our 2 boxes.
To be perfectly honest, this is a really good spot if you're craving chicken. I got the 6 piece tenders and they were huge, and definitely arrived crunchy. The breading and seasoning are okay, if a little salty. I think Ezells is a bit better on the flavoring, but for the amount of chicken this place definitely wins out. You really can't go wrong here for the price. Recommended for sure.
This place is fantastic. The workers were super kind and caring. This is definitely my new favorite chicken spot. All the food was amazing and their biscuits are out of this world. Would definitely recommend stopping by and giving it a try. YOU WILL BE PLEASLENTLY SURPRIZED!
