THE FREAKIN BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT EVER! I’m not even kidding. This place is so authentic and amazing the salsa and food is so good the salsa is spicy and real Mexican food is spicy like that. I’m in love with this place. They have birria!!! And it’s so crispy and good. Everything is just so homey and feels like home. Like it’s made with love. Also the alcoholic drinks are FREAKIN STRONG. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!!!

The food is so bland it’s ridiculous. I am from Los Angeles so when I order a tamale I expect it to not be dry… I expect it to be full of flavor.. and I expect excellence. This was not the case here. This review is specifically about the food. I gave it 1 ⭐️ because of the complimentary chips, salsa, and chicken soup. -> they were flavorful. ( the soup I mean) as far as the combo #2 which I ordered it came with one tamal 🫔 one enchilada and one beef taco. It also came with a side of rice and beans. The rice and beans were both very bland. I had to add salt to them. The tamale was extremely dry and again, very bland and locked major flavor the beef taco. I literally took a bite and had to spit it out. It was so bland none of the food had any type of flavor or seasoning, and it was all extremely dry even the enchilada which was surprising because it was drenched in red sauce, which was also flavorless bland and somehow dry. There was another lady there who left her food as well. I do feel like I wasted my $20 and I wish I would’ve just went home and ate my chili like I wanted to.

It's a cute little place. Nothing fancy but that's ok. The food was pretty good. The service was as little slow but not terrible. Overall we enjoyed our meal.

Such amazing deals, Taco Tuesday is unheard of, delicious margaritas, and the mussels a la diabla on happy hour are only $12 for an entire lb on the half shell! Everything here is amazing! Check out this Gran Molcajete. Especially high value of you get the Groupon! Plus the people (notably Horacio and Herlinda) are just the sweetest, most accommodating people ever ♥️

We have been passing this little restaurant Everyday everyday and finally heard some good feedback about the food. After trying many restaurants, very disappointing. We tried this place and it was amazing. The menu is so big and so many choices. I wanted to order one of everything. the waiter I wish I would have caught his name. I'm sure he owns it or is there every day, very friendly , very polite worked with me on my drink of choice , not knowing there was alcohol in it, traded it in with no problem. Just five stars all the way around. I really wanted to try dessert but I didn't have room. That will be the next visit. The only downfall , the only bad thing I have to say is , I live way too close.

Everything is delicious, the staff is amazing, the drinks are perfect. I prefer over any fancy Mexican restaurant like Avocados. Honestly it’s just great. Great music and decor. Feels homey. It’s the BOMB. I’ve never had any other Mexican restaurant offer chicken soup or salad as a plate side every time. The best!!

“If You only knew!” Grown kids treated me for Dinner-I have never been the same. Variety meals chosen to “share”, from first bite,not one sound was heard for 20min. My huge Tostada SALAD/chick,sweet peppers, amazing professional quality,then humbley placed before me by the “master” & owner. A soft spoken, genuine polite, man of very few words. None would do-to describe what Real,quality,fresh food in generous quantity does to create authentic satisfying event. PLEASE,give way to any misconceptions of “storefront”look, pricing, or casual atmosphere. I say a rare gem of old time respectful Dining “If You only knew”

Visited for breakfast- all of the food was delicious. A few minor issues...we ordered an Orange Juice and we were served Sunny D, sorry they are not the same...felt a little unfair not to get a heads up from the waiter. My son ordered Salmon & eggs, a very nice size piece of Salmon (thick), his meal looked amazing....the very center was raw but this was probably because of the size and again not a huge deal because he was so full from the rest of his meal and just ate around it. My brother ordered Eggs Benedict & he practically licked the plate. Overall, I would recommend!!
