Visited 12/13/25 had dinner with my husband. It was my first time. Lew was very personable and provided great service. I got the chicken taquitos which I loved the cheese they were amazing and my husband got the pulled pork big daddy sandwich and his was also good. The potato salad was 10/10 and the Mac n cheese was 8/10. I’m not usually a potato salad person but it was amazing. Lew also runs a ministry where he gives back to the community. I must of come on a bday day because the bbq and Mac wasn’t the best but it was good BUT what stood out to me that would make me come back and try again was the service and atmosphere. The location is easy to find, parking is easy and the owner is SO nice. He was working hard to get orders out and back and forth ringing people up. There were lots of regulars which tells me I need to come back to try again.
I had driven past this spot way too many times with intentions of stopping by. A few days ago, I had time to stop in. You can smell the smoke pit from the road, which let's you know it's going to be good.
