An employee who made a stuffed crust hawaiian and cheese pizza today May, 24th at around 5:30pm (online order- pick up) left us a long curly hair that was cooked with the pizza inside the cheese layer. Has a shine to it, probably light brown or died hair. I ate half of the pizza already so I hope you washed your hair before your shift today, hopefully.
Did not appreciate the ear deafening gangster rap while waiting with my daughter. Particularly “blast a cop” lyrics whilst waiting for my cardboard pizza.

The pizza was really doughy and it had been turned on side or something so the pizza was all folded on one side and the sause was kinda runny. It was very drippy. The Italian pizza was kinda bland and really so was the pizza. I've had better for sure.

Called to tell them they forgot the soda with our order. All the guy can say was it was on the driver for double checking when he couldn't even speak English and that he could give me a voucher. We have a diabetic in the house, if he would've already accounted for the soda we'd have to immediately rush to a store and get something else instead of eating our hot food at home. Poor service on their part and reading other reviews, they don't have a care in the world for other diabetics.

I went in ordered 1 pizza sausage and pepperoni 2 breadsticks and an order of wings. Waited 20 minutes and the pizza was wrong. The did remake the pizza which took over 20 more minutes and the rest of my food is now ice cold. They should have remade the entire order but didn't offer or even apologize for their mistake

Anahi was very kind & helpful with fixing an order that wasn't as it was supposed to be. She spoke with her co workers with respect and in a calm manner to resolve the issue and worked quickly and efficiently to make it right. It was a pleasure having her help me today.

Previously I always liked those pizzas but I have already bought two more orders and they turned out terrible. I will not go back there. I ordered a three-meat pizza and it seemed to be just pepperoni. Previously, I ordered a 5-meat pizza and it came out the same. I will have to look for another place to eat.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza is awesome
Parking: Fred Meyers is right next to it people park over there and go into Fred Meyers no good parking spots
Kid-friendliness: Those people could use a little bit more respect and kindness but they were okay
Wheelchair accessibility: Without walking around the building to Fred Meyers highly doubt that you're going to find wheelchair access
Terrible service!! Came in and there was a couple people in lobby. I was told it would be 45 minutes. I went to Fred Meyers and was back within 20 minutes. I sat there and waited another 20 minutes. The gentleman before me, he ordered 6 pizzas, had to ask if his order was ready. Yup, it was sitting in the warmer, alongside mine. They never called our names. At that point, they were more worried about feeding their friends that came in. Pizza soggy and at best warm. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.
