To start we had a large group and was ignored for a long time, was not even offered cups for water. Took forever to get our drinks. A few of us received the king crab in a white wine sauce. It was not king crab, it was tiny snow crab. It was extremely salty. It was sent back by multiple people at our table. The risotto was bland, not creamy and slightly under done. The server had a friend in and spent majority of the time with another table. Not impressed. Disregarded me asking for an additional menu to add up bill. I would not recommend her. Food is terrible. Service for the price point is also terrible. I’ve had better service at buzz in.Update to review: I did not eat the crab, I de-shelled the crab as the legs were split in half. The manger took a picture of my food and tried to say that I ate it. Not sure of the business they are trying to run but to be yelled at over a $30 pasta that I would have paid for had it not been overly salty and had a harsh seafood taste, it’s completely unprofessional. I wasn’t impressed by the risotto and still paid for it. As I’m walking out they told me to never coming back instead of trying to make it right. To have someone argue with me with what I ate in the middle of a restaurant with a party of 10 while hosting a birthday, is the worst experience I’ve ever had.10/10 would not recommend. Other guests at our table have dined there before and had a great experience when the Luca first opened. I’m not sure if there is new cooks/ staff but to be ignored and have our server at another table visiting with friends the majority of the time and then be insulted about an honest review is disrespectful. It’s a shame I’m a local and had they had made it right I would have tried again at a different time in hopes of a better experience, but after be yelled at while walking out to not only me but another person in the group. Absolutely would not recommend.

Excellent food, warm and inviting old world charm atmosphere, and supreme service. Erik was an exceptional server, he paid attention to every last detail and made us feel like family. He did not miss a beat and has a wonderful personality.I have not had Italian food this good since I was in Italy many years ago! The calamari was especially unique and creative, it was by far the best we have ever had. Every dish was served very hot, the pastas were cooked to perfection, every sauce and flavor was mouth watering. This restaurant has only been open for 7 months but reflected a feeling that it has been there for years. Highly recommend!
