Madison Avenue pub would be great if you're a local and visit often. We're the former but not the latter. They've got great burgers and sandwiches (huge so plan accordingly) but also load up the plate with more fries than most people can eat. They recommended we order a half order the time before and we did but still got a full order most of which went to waste. All of this is only if you can find a seat. Lunch time is relaxing and casual. Staff is friendly makes you feel like a regular. Food is delivered fast and fresh. Captain's Platter with the Apple Lemonade cocktail hit the spot for me.
We've been here a number of times. Usually on a Sunday evening for karaoke, which starts at 8pm. Food has always been good for a bar and service attentive. Recently we went for Sunday brunch and it didn't disappoint! Food was really good, with huge portions. We will definitely be back!
