I ordered food for my son, and unfortunately, the order was wrong for the second time in a row. When I tried to have the mistake corrected, I was shocked by the staff’s behavior: the chef and another employee were arguing loudly in front of customers, which is completely unacceptable.
I asked for the owner’s phone number to address the issue, but it was flatly refused. I waited 15 minutes while other orders were being prepared quickly, and when I asked again, I was told that my order hadn’t even been started yet and that I had to wait until all the other orders were finished, as if their repeated mistake was normal and didn’t require an apology or immediate action.
This place shows clear mismanagement, lack of respect for customers, and complete disregard for repeated mistakes. A very frustrating experience—I will not return and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Been coming here for 10 years, was actually my first experience with teriyaki. Food was always delicious. The teriyaki was fresh, charred, and flavorful. Today I got the orange chicken and beef teriyaki. $40 for items u threw out after a few bites. No flavor, beef tasted as if it were boiled instead of grilled. And the orange chicken… let’s just say my 10 year old could’ve done a better job.
Wish the new owner well but this food is TRASH since the change. Have pride in what you serve customers. I’ve tried to give you guys chances since we all have off days, but the last 5 times have been horrendous.

Not sure what happened have been going here for years but I think I changed owners sometime last year. They use to have great Mongolian Beef but last few times I have ordered it the beef has been too tough too eat and flavor is off. Wife says the Teriyaki Chicken is still good though.

I moved up here from Olympia recently and have been searching for a good teriyaki place. I finally found it! Many thanks to Hera for her hospitality while I dined in, and to the cooks for an absolutely delish meal with huge portions!! I had chicken yakisoba and sprung for fried rice instead of steamed. The veggies were cooked perfectly, the chicken was tender and had just the right amount of char, and all the flavors were perfectly balanced. 10/10 would recommend.

First visit since the new owners. Great food, the chicken teriyaki was fresh and it came with plenty of teriyaki sauce. The fried rice options are also tasty. The lobby seems very clean and take- out service was quick. Great spot!

Not the same. Since they have new owners the food is mediocre. So plain in taste, and dry. I've tried three different dishes since the new owners and I'm telling you it does not taste right. I don't think it's worth buying in my own opinion, especially with the upcharges they have made. Better to go somewhere else that will give you more authenticity for your dollar. It's unfortunate because this place use to be my favorite teriyaki spot.
