Food was good don't get me wrong, but it would've been a lot better if I'd been given the Mandarin chicken I ordered instead of Mongolian chicken. It was still good, but I'm still craving what I actually wanted. Edit: also the $2 price difference of not getting what I ordered is kinda getting under my skin. I didn't pay extra for no reason.

I wanted to give this place another shot so I went in and ordered their spicy chicken teriyaki that’s a dollar more than a regular teriyaki. Now I told the cashier I wanted the spicy chicken teriyaki exactly the way it is shown on the picture, she said of course. I get my food and open the box to see that it was once again not what the picture entailed. All they did was add chili flakes to make it a “Spicy Teriyaki.” The picture shows as if the chicken is cooked in a red chili sauce, which is not what my dish was cooked with. When I brought my food back and complained the older lady and older gentleman got REALLY mad with me saying that I was wrong. The lady was so mad that she was slamming the register as she was giving me back my refund. The customer service aspect was laughable, the food itself was laughable. Quite shocked that this place is still in business

Food is usually very good but I was picking up my order thru doordash and the lady got mad at me for picking up my food late and showed me the tablet saying it’s been 20 minutes. I was confused and just said “I’m sorry for the delay I was coming from work..?” (since it’s on my way home) And she just “oh..ok it’s fine I guess” I didn’t realize until after I left that she probably assumed I was a dasher but I am not. Even if I was, (I promise I’m not I’ve only ever picked up my own orders lol) things happen and that’s no way to treat someone.

Not sure what's going on here, but 5 years ago this was the best teriyaki around. Half the time now though the food is just very mediocre. Yesterday the wife and I both got a stomach issue from the food here, still paying for it today. Bummer but I won't be back ?
Teriyaki chicken is the meal that I could survive on if I was on a deserted island. This place has the best teriyaki I have ever had. And trust me, I have eaten a lot of teriyaki in my life. I do not live in Washington anymore but every single time I go back I always stop at this
Avoid this place. The staff is rude, aggressive and belligerent. The lady at the register yelled and shouted for picking up my food late, I told her that I’m not a driver. The food itself was greasy and not edible.

The food was ok. However, the customer service was exceptionally poor. The cashier kept throwing things on the counter at me, which was rude enough not to earn a tip or a repeat customer.
