Definitely one of the better McDonald's in the area in terms of french-fry-freshness. Unfortunately though, they closely follow the theme that customer service is unnecessary. If you don't know how to work one of those stupid kiosks, like myself, I probably wouldn't bother if I were you unless you're doing drive-thru.

Me and my family just stopped there around 5 45 for a quick dinner for my kids. We paid and went right to the checkout Windows via drive thru and both their happy meals French fries and chicken nuggets were both cold and stale I was very upset and I don't usually post a bad review but this one made me upset I tasted both their food myself and it was indeed stale as it left a very bad taste on both me and my daughters tongue. I did not let my son try his food because he is only a toddler and I wanted to try it first to make sure it was safe but this was terrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone. You are serving stale and bad food just horrible and if me and my child both end up sick from this I will be back to complain

Might as well call this place Los Donalds. My order lacked a sandwich. Had to repeat this over 15 times. I've working in food service, it isn't hard. If you find yourself not liking jobs facing the public. Get another job. Going out of your way to work for a company and blatantly doing things wrong, slow or flat out incomplete. Smh. Ya going to go far kid. Don't buy from here. I had to bring in the bag and talk slow to an educated woman. It's not funny. Universe 25 showed aggression near the food court first. If you wish to be a behavioral sink that's an accomplishment for our species. Thank you. Boycott this location. If it's not fast, convenient and easy. What's the point? Get a salad on Colby or Hewitt. The guys toss the salad perfectly and don't act dumb. Valley organics deli I recommend for this area. Xoxoxo 💕😘

Are you serious? I ordered a double quarter pounder and not only are some parts of the burger pink but a plastic SHEET is fully attached to the burger!! This is absolutely disgusting and I will no longer be coming to this location. They need to do better. Not to mention half the restaurant is closed and there’s little to no seating while you wait for food like this. Repulsive.
