Two times in a row I have ordered the same thing and both times they forgot to put half of the order in the bag even though I paid for it. They make you feel like a bad guy for checking your bag in the drive through.

I would not recommend this location. I ordered my food at the drive through told the guys I want a large sprite and it was up on the screen with everything else. Then he gives our total as we pull away to go to the front window. Which seems a but more expensive then it should be. When wr get our food from the window I tell them we also need a sprite and I hand him back the receipt not realizing they charged us for a large fry not large sprite so I tried handing the manager back the fries and said I want a large sprite. The manager gives me attitude saying there's a big screen for me to see what I ordered. The manager should have just apologized and made it right then and there at the window. I didnt realize the receipt said a large fry until he handed it to me. He made us park since the lobby was closed by now and we waited like 5 minutes only a couple cars in drive through and plenty of workers. I usually would go in and use the kiosk but I remember why wr don't go to this location anyways. Go to any other location!

The lady at the front counter was very judge mental I asked for the bathroom code while waiting for my food if was early in the morning and she b responded with yes but I just ask that you don't take to long and kind of hurry. I was kind of pissed
The employees were so busy taking care of the drive through. It took several minutes to get helped at the front counter.

3/19/25 @ 7:40 I went to McDonald's for a Lg cup of regular coffee. I was given a hot cup of coffee with an unsecure lid. The coffee spilled all over me and my white leather seats in my Mercedes. I spoke with the Mgr Elvia, and she was so rude. She informed me it was my problem since I took the coffee through the window. I asked for the owners name as I would like to replace my ruined skirt and have my carpeting and interior cleaned. Elvia told me to call the # on my receipt. The # on the receipt is not working. I will be escalating my complaint with the BBB and Corporate.

Spanish speaking guy was a total prick. Kept ignoring me when i tried to order. I waited for ever and needed to use the restroom and he refused to give me the code. Smarted off to me big time. And YES I was a customer.
