3/19/25 @ 7:40 I went to McDonald's for a Lg cup of regular coffee. I was given a hot cup of coffee with an unsecure lid. The coffee spilled all over me and my white leather seats in my Mercedes. I spoke with the Mgr Elvia, and she was so rude. She informed me it was my problem since I took the coffee through the window. I asked for the owners name as I would like to replace my ruined skirt and have my carpeting and interior cleaned. Elvia told me to call the # on my receipt. The # on the receipt is not working. I will be escalating my complaint with the BBB and Corporate.

Spanish speaking guy was a total prick. Kept ignoring me when i tried to order. I waited for ever and needed to use the restroom and he refused to give me the code. Smarted off to me big time. And YES I was a customer.

The service sucks. Everything I use the kiosk my order comes out wrong. And I like placing order with cashier, to insure it's correct and pay cash. You can't pay cash at kiosk so why would I be in 2 lines. And why is an employee telling me I have to use the kiosk after I said I don't want to And I don't like to. Customer service 1 star. Went to wendys instead no hassle there. Fix yourself McDonald's.

I cannot explain but they keep getting worse by the day. This trip nobody in drivethrough and 1 Burger and nugget kids meal 13 minutes later still waiting in drivethrough! Time stamp on receipt..

How about making sure Google maps shows both your drive thru hours AND your lobby hours since your lobby hours are NOT 24 joes and are 7am to 8pm.

Why do they have someone at the drive thru taking orders that isn't fluent in English? Crap management decision on their part for sure. The gentleman handing me my food had perfectly good English. Why not switch them out. Could hardly understand a word she said and they messed up my order. I won't be returning.

The quality of service has declined since the current owners took over. Hours severely curtailed. Little or no personal service. After I shouted after waiting for several minutes forto someone to take my order I was informed if I wanted food to use the ordering kiosk. That they didn't have the staff to help people in the store. The drive thru is always staffed but they seem to regard in store customers as a nuisance
