So I just spent $8 on $2 McDonald's coffees and I ordered 16 creams 16 sugar.. don't judge me LOL but could you tell me why the manager tia thinks she can lie to past employees about process. Doordash clearly has my receipt as one thing while she clearly inputs my order into her system poorly. When I call back she tells me to blame it on doordash and give them a call. The manager is unprofessional, rude and mocks you in person. They will not answer a phone to save their lives (could be no one waiting, not busy, and THEY IGNORE IT! If you get an erroneous item, or they miss an item, buy it again because it's stealing to ask for it free
