We spent a Saturday morning at McDonald's to enjoy the play area. When my son asked for a refill, the staff simply told us there are no refills available. Honestly, I’ve always enjoyed eating at McDonald's because their food is comforting and familiar. However, I find it surprising that they don't offer soft drink refills, which have been a staple in many fast-food places for years. The staff are friendly, but offering refills could really boost customer satisfaction. It's a bit disappointing that the refill machine was removed; it used to make it easy for families to get multiple drinks without reordering. If McDonald's wants families and kids to stay longer and have more fun in the Playplace, bringing back the refill option could encourage longer visits and make the experience even more enjoyable.

I have never been treated so rudely by a McDonald's employee. I was trying to buy a grinch adult happy meal, and they where sold out, which is fine and I would have understood if the person taking my order had said that. Instead he acted like I was a crazy person for trying to order an adult happy meal and that he had never heard of one. This was December 17th. Right in the middle of giant marketing campaign for these meals.
Never going back despite this location being an easy walk from my job.

Never buy an ice cream Sunday here this crap is like half empty
Not fast food, they always park you out front instead of serving you what you order. Orders take like 15min literally every time I go and they get it wrong alot. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to.

Service has been REALLY lacking at this location lately. The one on 41st is way better with service and getting food hot, but I noticed recently that the prices for some items at this location are better than 41st so it's hard to decide which way I want to drive on some days. Fries at this location are consistently cold or lukewarm unless you go right at 10.30am when lunch starts. Had an issue a few weeks ago where I waited for a mobile order for (not even joking) one hour and they wouldn't even give me a free fry for the wait. And the fries I actually ordered were cold. They were extremely short staffed that day and I get that, but the drive thru was being prioritized and the mobile parking was full with no orders coming out. I eventually had to go in and ask for it and they didn't even have it in the line up anymore. When staffed normally, they aren't great with putting out orders as they come in. They'll always prioritize the drive thru. I go to this location frequently and most of the experiences in the last two years have been generally bad, whether it's food quality and/or service.
