I was refused service because I was told the location was closed. The time was 12:50AM the 128th st. Location closed at 1:00AM. I left my house expecting McDonald's posted hours to be correct and I was refused service. Won't be returning to this location ever again.

always made correctly (some McDonald’s just leave out listed ingredients like onions or pickles just cuz), gotta speak up for your online order but otherwise good service for such a rough neighborhood

fries are stale and never to temperature .
Definitely not standard to the golden arch, world famous, quality fries. They could make less at a time so they can cut back on waste. Food safety is most important.

They never get any order right.
Tonight I used my rewards and once I get to the counter,the lady tells me that she used it as point,which wasn't the case !!!
The guy who gave us the food on the other hand was very polite and kind.

This McDonald's was not good. Bathrooms locked and only employees could open but all were too busy. Half machines couldn't order on and the rest couldn't accept payment so had to print a receipt and go the counter but didn't print so that was fun. Might as well of just had the counter open. Horrible place for McDs.

Always messing up your order. I’ve gone through here a hand full of times and NEVER gives you what you ordered. So irritating. How hard is it to get THREE items correct?!

During my recent visit to McDonald's, I placed an order for a fish fillet meal with an additional fillet, totaling $14.01. I was directed to a parking stall due to the full capacity of the designated holding spots. After a 15-minute wait, my order had not been delivered, while other patrons who ordered after me received their meals. Upon attempting to enter the restaurant, I found the doors locked. After a brief wait, an employee informed me of the 10:00 PM closing time. I inquired about my order, and a man presented a bag, apologizing for the delay. Upon inspection, the food was cold and the bag did not look new indicating it had been prepared and left unattended for approximately 22 minutes. I gave it back and asked for a refund. They gave me 13.78 instead of the 14.01 stating that I had recieved a drink. What a piece of crap McDonald's I will never go there again. Patrons beware!!!! And I tossed the drink SMH

Incompetent employee made me pay twice knowing apple pay doesn't work at the first window. When I called the lady Lauren was rude said they cant refund my money, and now I have to make a dispute with my back. No attempt to make it right or apologize for their mistake. Why I stay away from this place in the first place.
