Michael's Espresso

This used to be a wonderful place for a quick cup of coffee on the run. The staff were so friendly and cheerful. And now I try to avoid this coffee shop and go else where as the new employees are never welcoming and have messed up my order 3+ times. It’s very disappointing to see it go downhill so quickly.

Was at this stand this morning trying to order coffee, there was an older lady working there, I wish I had gotten her name. When I got in line to order the lady mumbled something, I'm hearing impaired so I asked her what did she say, for some reason she started flipping out saying she hated people like me just for asking what.. I mentioned that I'm sorry I'm hearing impaired so I couldn't hear what she said but she was not having that. She needs better customer service and should never treat a customer that way. There was absolutely no reason for her to act that way what so ever. Been trying to get a hold of the stand to ask for a manager but no ones picking up the phone at all.

I usually really enjoy the coffee and service here. But unfortunately the last time I went on September 8th I believe, my batista had a mask and wore it under her chin. Not covering her face. She served three people before me, two were in their 60's. The batista never once wore her mask properly She was around 5'5 in height, thick, long black hair. I was there in the afternoon. I hope management talks to this employee and gives her a reality check. Practically the whole mall was following the rules. Except for her. I had to leave a review.

The gal that is almost always working when I go, is constantly on her phone. She has even made me wait while she was texting someone. She's extremely slow, in absolutely no hurry...... Zero customer service skills. Most of the time, she doesn't wear a mask and never wears gloves.
