Scheduled an ordered through Door Dash, they confirmed the order but it was nearly 90 MINUTES late in being ready for the Dasher to deliver. Unacceptable! Kept saying they were just really busy, but they shouldn’t have confirmed the order if they couldn’t manage it.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and I was very impressed. I ordered Crispy Shrimp in Sweet Chili Sauce and Pork Fried Rice, both dishes were excellent. The staff was very accommodating when I had some additional requests, the portions were good and I will definitely order from this restaurant again.

For $70 this food was not good at all. The noodles and Mongolian beef had a scary color, the fried riced was really dry and the wonton soup had a sour taste. So so disappointed!!!

Customer service really wasn’t what the problem was it was the quality of the food. I got the Mongolian beef and it tasted bland, texture was chewy/almost soggy like. Honestly tastes like a frozen meal reheated… I also got the shrimp Fried rice and it was fine nothing I would crave to come back for but it was better than the Mongolian beef.

Best Chinese in Mill Creek and South Everett. We get takeout from here at least once a week and the portions are generous and taste great! The lady at the register is also always so nice.

This is an amazing place and the people there are the best. Food is delicious and generous.Got dinner there few days ago and I made the wrong order! And I’m not the kind of person that likes to complain for everything, It was my mistake. I call them saying that the order was wrong and they explained to me that I ordered the wrong thing but they kindly offered me to replace the order I wanted. I Went to pick up the order and they didn’t charge me! I wanted to pay because it was my mistake. I highly recommend this place!
Ordered online at 4:46 pm for 6:05 pickup.I arrived around 6:00 pm and finally received my order at 7:45 pm. That's 3 HOURS total including the 1.75 hours of waiting inside.The woman taking care of the front and also waiting tables is overwhelmed, to the point she seemed lost. In addition to that, she doesn't seem comfortable with the online ordering system that's been in place for years.I found out around 7 pm that my order was completed in the system at 6:27 pm by mistake. What is the point of writing down peoples names as they arrive if you do not cross reference them to orders??I understand being busy, but you need to manage that by either disabling online ordering or disabling phone ordering. This is basic stuff every busy restaurant will have to do at some point if properly managed.To add insult to injury she generously gave me 6 extra fortune cookies expecting me to be thankful.I've been ordering here for over 4 years, but will never order from here again. I feel like a fool for waiting in good faith.Do NOT trust their time estimates.
