The food was great, but I recommend going early as some menu items run out.

Met a coworker last night for dinner. We ordered the Kadai Goat, Butter Naan and for an appetizer Karampoadi Fish - everything was fresh and delicious. Cant wait to try other dishes!

Felt like we drove to Mars—this place is way out there, almost an hour from civilization. But was it worth the trip? Absolutely.

I’m only rating this place on the tastebuds satisfaction.

What we ordered:
• Guthi Vankaya Ulavacharu Biryani – Hands down, the best biryani in the PNW. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the rice was cooked to perfection.
• Vegetable Jalfrezi – Served piping hot and tasted amazing. Unlike most places where the base sauce feels repetitive, this one stood out with its unique flavor.
• Garlic Naan – Thin, crispy, and loaded with garlicky goodness.

The biryani was so good, we had to go for round two—Avakayi Veg Biryani. The avakayi spice hits just right, mouthwatering and addictive.

The ambiance is super lowkey, but the food speaks for itself. Prices hover around $20 per dish, which feels totally justified given the flavors.

Biryani lovers—this spot is calling your name.

Had the pleasure of meeting the restaurant owner and the food was excellent and the quality was excellent. I haven't had such a good chicken biryani in a while! Loved it. Will be back 😁

Wow. Vijayawada chicken biryani was amazing. My wife had the coconut chicken and that was also really good. Gulab jamun desert balls were like little sweet fried balls swimming in a desert sauce.

I came because it had good ratings and prices, and I will definitely come back. The value is better than other Indian restaurants and I think the food tasted as good or better than any Indian that I have had.

Bad quality food for the high prices. We ordered the Apollo fish and Vijayawada special biryani. The Apollo fish was average—essentially pre-deep-fried fish coated in a sauce, which didn’t stand out much. Unfortunately, the biryani was a major letdown. It hardly resembled a true Vijayawada biryani. Instead, it felt more like a cheap version of Manchurian pieces tossed in bland biryani rice, with an overpowering amount of red coloring. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful biryani, I would recommend steering clear of this place.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. I'd seen it from the distance but didn't look very attractive. Thankfully, it came to mind when craving some Indian flavors, and happy we tried it out.

The restaurant is modest, but you won't be disappointed.

The rice is well served, the garlic naan is to die for and the sauces are delicious. Service is good too.

Bring cash if you want to avoid credit card fees.

We were visiting the area and happened to pick this place for having dinner. It was by far one of the best Indian restaurants we have been to in the US so far and left the place with a great feeling that you experience after having good food. The taste and flavors were so authentic and well prepared that left me and my family wanting more! We tried the stuffed onion mirchi bajji, which was amazing and a must try! Since we love spicy food, ordered their Gutti Vankaya Pulav with a higher spice level and gosh, it was so heavenly! The curries and naan were also excellent. Normally, I seldom write reviews, but this place re-kindled my taste buds so much that I had to share. Hope you keep up this great taste and food. 👌👏👍

I was a little overwhelmed by the large variety of options on the menu, as well as the number of dishes that are not your "standard" at many/most Indian restaurants (so not familiar to me). However, I was eager to try some "new" (to me) dishes, and the waiter was very helpful with suggestions, as well as patient to wait for me to make up my mind about so many choices. Everything that we had was very good, and I will gladly go back to try some more "new" things - which I have no doubt will be equally delicious. I also enjoyed the (Indian) music videos that contributed to an authentic-feeling atmosphere; though there was only one screen showing them, so my husband who was facing in the other direction could not see them. I highly recommend Momi Indian Kitchen! P.S. I had to answer a prompt about how much we paid per person, but that included a number of dishes, which resulted in a good amount of "leftovers" (not a bad thing at all). P.P.S. The choices of dishes to recommend don't include some of the dishes that I would recommend most highly: "shrimp fry" and "Special 65 Chicken Biryani".

Parking: PLENTY of parking, and easy access into the restaurant.

The food here is incredible - everything I've tried is just amazing and I can't recommend it enough.

The vibe is fine, but we prefer takeout.

The service is mediocre. They are very quick but not very friendly. Every time I come I feel like they are annoyed that I'm there. They are always busy - so maybe that's why...

But the mediocre service is worth the incredible food! Highly recommend!

Very solid spot! We were in WA visiting our old neighborhood and a long-time buddy invited me out for Indian food. This space had been a lot of things over the years but I think this is the best thing that's been there in the 26 years since I first moved into the neighborhood. The service was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and the flavors were very good. My primary issue with Indian food is that I do not like dark meat chicken. I realize that is what is primarily used in Indian food and it's not always easy to find it with chicken breast rather than thigh. This was made with thigh but they prepared it so well that I really enjoyed it/ I always love the flavors of all Indian food but the dark meat detracts from it for me. This was so well prepared that it didn't and I respect that. I'd definitely go back

I recently ordered takeout from Momi Indian Kitchen in Everett and tried their Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken, and Karampodi Fish. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing authentic Indian spices and great attention to detail.
• Tandoori Chicken: Juicy and perfectly cooked, with a great balance of smokiness and spice.
• Butter Chicken: Creamy, rich, and indulgent, with tender pieces of chicken that paired well with naan or rice.
• Karampodi Fish: A standout dish with a unique flavor profile—crispy, spicy, and incredibly satisfying.

While the quality of the food was impressive, the prices felt a bit steep for a takeout experience. That said, if you’re looking for authentic Indian cuisine in the area and don’t mind spending a little extra, Momi Indian Kitchen is worth a try.

We came here for lunch and the owner was so kind to us. Service is top notch. We ordered four different curries. The butter chicken was my fave! Garlic naan did not disappoint. It was perfectly seasoned and flaky. Totally recommend this place! Can’t wait to come back and try the other dishes.
