Think this is a newer item on the menu the Pink Panther. Which is a Chicken & veggies brazed in red wine some roasted carrots. Some cooked spinach and a Japanese style Scotch egg. Liked it. When you're up north, I highly recommend checking out Noodle Nation ( @noodle.nation.everett ), in North Everett, WA. They are this tiny shop, next to a gas station and they offer some seriously yummy eats! They have noodle bowls, make your own bowls, burgers and a rotation of new offerings! I got their Passion Fruit Tea, Bahn Mi (with beef), Afro Bowl (with udon noodles, PORK BELLAYYY, greens, a fried egg and I added a scotch egg, just to be extra!). Their head chef also...
I definitely enjoyed the bowl I got. But I ended up having to change my original order because they are bizarrely unable to make substitutions. I was ordering in person and I wanted to order one of the named bowls off their menu, but I asked if they could use chicken instead of pork. When ordered separately as a side, chicken is 50 cents more than pork and I was happy to pay the difference. But they said I couldn't make a substitution and would have to order a separate $6.50...
