The atmosphere here is amazing .I love real Japanese restaurant vibe and food. Have you try the spicy sashimi bowl? It is super yummy! It comes with side of Korean style spicy sauce.Also ,salmon sashimi is just melting on your mouse! Highly recommend!!!

Update: I just spoke with the store; no manager. Manager will not be in until Wednesday. The tempura vegetables are soaked and soggy. Just disgusting. I can’t eat them. I wanted a partial refund, but no one cares. Here is what will happen as a result. I will no longer frequent this establishment, and my review gets changed to a single star. I honestly wish I could make this a zero star review. This is a serious lack of customer service and support. I will vote with my wallet. There are other sushi restaurants.

Re: your response. Nope. I do not understand you. You just blatantly blamed me for your bad service. This is called gaslighting. No, we did not “check together” I opened, rearranged and closed the package. I had no idea the soy sauce was all over the food. Had you actually done your job, this would be a mot point. The “ manager” I spoke with was a kitchen manager, and has nothing to do with wait staff or customer service support. You have lost a customer. My whole family will no longer be frequenting your establishment. You have my phone number, and my card info. You have the ability to reach out to me (if you are truly interested in this), and make this right.

Such a disappointing experience today. I ordered $30 worth of food, only to have it spill on the floor in the plastic bag. The young gentleman who is at the counter, who is attempting to help me, handed me the plastic bag too soon… I was still dealing with my money in my purse. I went to set it down next to me, and because they have an advertisement in front of the cash register, there is a little piece of cardboard that sticks up And makes this surface uneven. Rather than landing neatly on the surface and being fine my meals spilled. I got home to soy sauce all over everything! I got tempura vegetables… They are soaked and no longer crunchy. My sushi looks like somebody threw up! It’s really that bad; it still taste fine, but it’s all over the place. Rather than offering to make this right, he just picked it back up, put it together and handed it to me a second time! I don’t think he has any concept of what he did. Here’s a clue… When your customers hands are busy; when they are paying for their meal and looking at a cash register, it is not the proper time to hand them their food. People only have two hands, and if an accident occurs rather than saying “it’s all right it will still taste good“, offer to make it right. I love this restaurant, I am on a restricted diet, and I don’t get to eat here very often… I was really looking forward to this food. Not only that, but I gave you a three dollar tip; you didn’t deserve it. I would like it back. You need some coaching and Customer Service. Or perhaps you just need to use your eyes and discover a more appropriate time to help people their food. If you make a mistake… Which are bound to happen, because we are human, do your best to rectify it.

Was really hoping this place would be good. It’s close and we wanted a local spot. We sat ourselves after wading through a sea of uber to-go drivers. Ordered our food and finally received our appetizer at the 60 min mark. The tempura was the worse I’ve ever had. Finished part of it and waited a further 20 mins and never received our order. Walked out hungry and very disappointed.

Calamari was just ok. Too much breading, chewy and small portion. Sushi itself was good. However, I was annoyed that my baked roll was placed in the same container and right next to my husbands raw roll. I specifically order cooked/baked because I had a kidney transplant and am not allowed to eat raw. At least place them in a divided container so they’re not touching.

Ordered takeout. Shrimp in shrimp tempura was raw, spicy tuna didnt taste fresh, rolls absolutely coated in sauces, essentially no avocado in rolls meant to have avocado.

Pros: Loved the shrimp lover roll. Also got the Cali, spicy tuna—pretty solid. Speedy takeout, friendly service.

Cons: The salmon skin roll was too smoky flavored for my taste and the beef in the yakisoba was pretty chewy. Had to spit it out a few times.

Went there for dinner and the waitress was taking awhile giving us water and taking our order. Food take a long time to come out and they mixed up our order with a different table. Ended up having to cancel one of our order cause the food was taking so long to came out. DO NOT get the beef udon if you want beef teriyaki in your udon. Would not recommend and will not be coming back.
