Ordered the filet mignon with lobster. Got there at 6 PM got our food at 7:30 PM. The meat was cold. The food was cold and the meat was rough and tough. I don’t think it was a filet mignon at all low quality.

Went here for my Birthday with the family. 1st stood and waited for someone to greet us in the front for over 10 minutes. Place was empty. Second ordered the DOWN UNDER TRIO appetizer that showed up after our main course. Daughters' steak was super cold son's prime rib sandwich smelt like someone used it after there business in the bathroom. It was a half hour in between seeing our server. At the end of the meal we were so disappointed that when they asked what I wanted for my my birthdays desert I said just the check please.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I brought my family here for Veterans Day. Our server was SO bad. I should have complained to the manager but I had my one year old with me so I just wanted to make sure he was good. Anyways our server ( I think her name was Sofia or something like that) didn’t bring us any silverware until we asked. She brought us no plates for our appetizer and when she bought us plates they were dirty. She was very rude she was standing over me when it was time to pay when she was hardly serving us or seen during our meal. She rolled her eyes and physically shown us she did not want to serve us. When I gave her my I.D to show her I was a veteran she acted like my I.d was fake. I was very offended especially since I spent over $100 there. The food was very mid definitely not worth over $100. I will NEVER go to this restaurant again.

First you have to deal with the rude hostesses that really don't belong in hospitality. Second, the food takes a long time and with young kids this is not the place to go. Drinks were never refilled and dirty plates were never cleared from the table. The food was decent but really small portions for the price. I would have to assume this place is trying their best but unfortunately they need to find better staff who want to be there and give quality service. We had some friends in town and gave it a shot. Save yourself the trouble and find another restaurant to spend your money. I hope they can get things figured out!!

Drinks took forever. Food tasted great but upset our stomachs. Even the next night when we ate the leftovers. Definitely wasn't the drinks that upset my and my old lady's stomachs
Party of 2. My ribeye was ordered rare and it came out blue. Big difference between rare and blue. My partner ordered rare and she got medium rare. We didn't complain or send them back. We just won't be back. This is a steak house. Train your cooks.

My wife and and I came to the restaurant to partake in the free dinner for veterans for the first time, which both of really appreciate being vets. Upon arrival, there was a line out the door, which we anticipated it was going to be busy, but there were no hostesses taking down names in order of arrival to get people seated as quickly as possible. It seemed they were short staffed and should have anticipated a large crowd and had enough staff to cover. We walked away and went somewhere else.
