This is my favorite Panda Express in Everett. They are always friendly and food portions are a good size.

Tried the drive through. Asked if I wanted to try some special dish and I said no thank you. Tried to order for a minute at the drive through, no reply after a few attempts. Nobody said " be right with you". Tried to get someone's attention at the window but nope. Maybe they were doing meth in the storeroom.
Well, it was a sign that I am not supposed to eat that stuff. Just made my list of places not to eat.

I ordered a big plate with chow mein, honey sesame chicken, and sweetfire chicken. The chow mein was spot on and they gave me a lot. The honey sesame chicken tasted good but the peppers and green beans in it are still very crunchy so it seems like it’s undercooked. The sweetfire chicken was the most disappointing. And I’ve had this happen to me a few times now, which is frustrating because sweetfire chicken is my favorite entree. It tasted like smoke and sort of like chemicals. Please fix this issue and make sure your entrees are being cooked properly!

They put an old Spanish lady doing microphone and tendering/serving drive thru window And I had to listen her finish exchanging then retake my order then I get to window she doesn’t know my order. Like how you guys dumb
Then the lady gets really upset because she can’t structurally do the job communicating two ways and exchanging goods (prob the managers fault) so she’s slams the window and makes me wait approx 9 min with 6-7 cars already piling up and waiting. She had another employe come finish the order after closing the window-ignoring me-and make everyone wait in a critical hour

Would just be nice to get utensils , especially after paying over $36 for one plate and a few sides , then get charged .08 cents for a bag . Sad !

If you order delivery, this place will deliberately short your order. They do it every time. There is no way to get what you paid for that won't cost you time & money. If you order extra sides, they will ALWAYS give you small. They know what they are doing when they do it this many times. Buyer beware.
Whoever with name Lovely on her name tag needs to change the position. Stop working on drive thru because everytime i got my order is wrong. This multiple time not once

I went through the drive thru and was greeted by a recorded voice. Then a different voice greeted me and asked me if I could wait for a sec. Which is fine. Then a different voice took my order.
At the window an employee told me they were changing registers for a shift change.
I used my Panda Express app to get an Egg roll for free! Totally cool. The lady took my phone to scan it. Which is awkward compared to starbucks where they just reach out with a scanner and scan your phone while you hold it. Panda Express should set up that system of rewards usage in the drive thru.
One thing about my visit that was unique was the nice lady who took my payment method tried to hand me my Beef&Broccoli bowl with an egg-roll, fortune cookie and silverware sitting on top of it. I thought it was odd and didn’t want the bagged egg roll to fall off so I asked her to put it in a bag and then hand it to me.
Never in my life have I gone through a drive thru and an employee tried to hand me my food without a bag. I guess starbucks does. But most of the time your food is bagged even if you order french fries only. It’s still in a bag.
I’m not upset though, still gave them 4 stars. Just surprised by the lack of bag…lol

Food is good, they have gotten greedy, not filling the containers anymore, and most of the time when I come here I have to park and wait 30mins+ to get my order, even after ordering ahead. Then they don't bring it out when it's ready and I have to go inside to pick it up.

Beware of ordering online, whether directly or through Uber/GrubHub. They do not care about your time. Even when you order online directly, they don't start making it until you get there. If you order through an app, they will make you and your driver wait literally 25 minutes while they ignore your order and serve the customers in person, then run out of food and have to cook more. Don't say you weren't warned.
