Disappointed by Inconsistent Opening Time

I’ve visited this Panda Express multiple times around 9 AM, as the posted hours clearly state they open at that time. However, every single time, there’s a delay—usually around 15 minutes—before any food is actually ready. As someone who has worked in the culinary industry, I know that if your store opens at 9, your team should be prepping and ready well before then, not scrambling to start after customers walk in.

It's frustrating to show up expecting a quick bite and instead have to wait, even when I’m the first customer inside—because online orders somehow get priority. This isn’t just poor planning, it feels like false advertising. If you're not actually ready to serve at 9, the hours should be updated. I love Panda Express, but this location needs to step up its operations and respect customers' time

My go to place. Close to the house. Service is rushed and low quality most of the time. Can not even ask some customized while other locations allows for customer satisfaction

🌶️ One Star, Because Zero Wasn’t an Option 🌶️
If you enjoy long meditative waits in your car as your soul slowly leaves your body and your food dies a little inside before it reaches you, then by all means, Panda Express is for you.
I placed a curbside order that was scheduled for pickup at 11:01. The lobby locks at 11. Curbside stops being a thing after 10:30. Was this told to me in the app? No. Because that would be logical.
I sat outside like a hopeful orphan for 20 minutes, only to discover my only option was now the drive-thru—where I waited again. For food. That. Was. Not. Even. Good.
Dry “fried” rice that had seen neither a wok nor a whisper of seasoning. Kung Pao vegetables so raw they still had a voting record.
This wasn’t a meal. This was a punishment.
I came for comfort food and left with trust issues.
I’ll be seeking restitution in the form of therapy and better rice.

I've been going to this panda for a while and I'm always got rude stuck up people, I ordered food online and my finances food isn't what she asked for, she asked for half and half and then she asked for mushroom and barely got any, like a tiny spoon full, this place has very bad customer service, and terrible food

I've been a loyal customer at this restaurant for years, but recently, the experience has been inconsistent. Some employees serve noticeably small portions, while others are more generous, making it a hit-or-miss visit. One employee, Yahilin, has repeatedly made mistakes with orders and sighed when corrected, which feels unprofessional. She also seems frustrated when asked for simple items like chopsticks or a drink, requiring her to retrieve them.
On the positive side, other staff members remain friendly and attentive, even during busy times. The managers have been exceptional—kind, understanding, and quick to resolve the rare issues I've encountered. I hope the portion consistency and service improve to match the high standards this location once had.

I got the firecrackers shrimp and steak. And I was throwing up for a whole day after. They don't know how to cook seafood here. Always liked panda. This one just ain't it.

Tried to order a fancy pomegranate lemonade at the order looks and they didn't give me time to finish my sentence about what drink I want, just said see you at the window and wouldn't reply when I tried to get their attention. At the pick up window I asked for a lemonade but the Spanish lady that gave me my food didn't let me finish saying which lemonade before walking away to give me their cheap crappy minute maid stuff in the wrong size

Tried the drive through. Asked if I wanted to try some special dish and I said no thank you. Tried to order for a minute at the drive through, no reply after a few attempts. Nobody said " be right with you". Tried to get someone's attention at the window but nope. Maybe they were doing meth in the storeroom.

Well, it was a sign that I am not supposed to eat that stuff. Just made my list of places not to eat.
