I ordered a big plate with chow mein, honey sesame chicken, and sweetfire chicken. The chow mein was spot on and they gave me a lot. The honey sesame chicken tasted good but the peppers and green beans in it are still very crunchy so it seems like it’s undercooked. The sweetfire chicken was the most disappointing. And I’ve had this happen to me a few times now, which is frustrating because sweetfire chicken is my favorite entree. It tasted like smoke and sort of like chemicals....

I went through the drive thru and was greeted by a recorded voice. Then a different voice greeted me and asked me if I could wait for a sec. Which is fine. Then a different voice took my order.

At the window an employee told me they were changing registers for a shift change.

I used my Panda Express app to get an Egg roll for free! Totally cool. The lady took my phone to scan it. Which is awkward compared to starbucks where they just reach...
November 2024
Catered dinner for Mariner High School Jr varsity football team. Henry and the team took care of my order. They had everything cooked and ready right on time. Henry made sure everything was packed neatly and that I had everything I needed. The food was hot and the team got to enjoy a warm meal after playing in the cold. Thank you everyone. I appreciate you making things easy for me.
