11/2024: (EDIT: They gave cash cards instead, so an improvement) Most recent error, entirely wrong order. They admitted it was operator mixup with another order. But the only options are making me drive back down for a redo or a free item less than 1/3 the original order value? Try harder.
UPDATE: Started going back out of boredom and its been pretty good. Maybe they restaffed.
OLD: Terrible, over several visits. Broccoli/beef was covered in white goo and basically on the edge of spoiled. Family order came with 4 sides and 1 entree---how do you mess that up? Try to call and no one picks up. Seems really not worth even going back

The reason there are so many 1 stars are because people are so nitpicky, they come here once and it’s automatically a 1 star lol. I’ve been to this panda express multiple times and have never been disappointed. Going in the restaurant and eating is always a good time, i have a lady check in with me and ask how everything is. they’re always so nice! And the kitchen is SOO clean! Everything is. And the building is new aswell.

Just ordered a plate for myself. But had two other people with me. And this Asian lady was like is that for the 3 of you?! She looked at me funky. And then she gave me less food. How you assume that one plate is for 3 people just because I have two other people with me? Never seen people tag along. Plus we were gonna go elsewhere too. I could have left the food there and not paid for it, but because I ordered it I paid for it. Idk these days people been giving less food than what I paid for. It’s ridiculous. Next I’m just gonna leave and not paid for it since I didn’t touch the food. Never ever am I coming to this location again.
I LOVE Panda Express. As a truck driver I eat from Panda Express all over the country. This location is the worst I’ve ever had. I ordered from uber eats because I can’t take my truck to the store. I didn’t receive my coke. No fork. Not soy sauce. Rice was clumped together and extremely dry. Chicken and beef taste like it was cooked a long time before my order was placed. When I come back to the Seattle area I will look for other options as a dinner. Highly don’t recommend. Go somewhere else.

The food is good but the lady at the driver thru literally sighed when i tried to change my order. Despite explaining to them how I wanted my food, they still managed to mess it up. Also did not give me utensils for some reason.

Everyone looks so calm, even though the system went down that isn’t an impeccable team and I love how everyone stayed calm and did what they needed to do and I can say I wish I knew the managers amazing working fast to solve the problem and kim a did absolutely wonderful wow like what a time Thank you again for being so kind to me and my son and giving him a drink while we wait It was great watching you guys work so efficiently
