I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with ham, creamy tomato soup, apple something salad, and then for the sides, I asked for 2 apples and bag of chips. Sooooo I got home and was missing the chips and my sandwich wasn't even grilled. What???? Ummm terrible! It cost $40 and they didn't even grilled my sandwich!

I believe I got food poisoning from here. I picked up my food I got a bacon Mac and cheese and a toasted frontega chicken sandwich. When I got home my husband said the chicken tasted a little under cooked. A couple hours later I was throwing up bad. It was not a fun night :(

Our visit on 11-24-24 around 2pm or so, I was sitting in line at the drive thru. Busy day! As we sat waiting, we witnessed an employee standing outside in uniform. That male employee was standing there flipping off the vehicle in front of me. He was taking photos of the people as well as their with his phone. A few moments later he rolled through with his trash & flipped them off again with both hands. WHY?!? They didn't appear to be doing anything but patiently waiting, like the rest of us. It was highly inappropriate & we will not be going to this location again. As a regular customer, I'm extremely disappointed. I hope they reported him to management!!!

Despite the Christmas Eve festivities, I find myself deeply disappointed and hurt by the soup I received. As a pregnant woman with twins, I was particularly anticipating a warm bowl of broccoli and cheese soup from Panera Bread. However, upon opening the container, I was met with a soup that appeared to have been reheated from yesterday, which is unacceptable.

I been coming to this location since they opened...one thing I have noticed lately,the sizes of a half sandwich is tiny..not even for a kid.. I tried it few more times,ordered the same sandwich,hoping maybe they run out of bread on that specific day or something,but nope,the sandwich was almost invisible...so weird....I don't plan to come back any time soon

The vibes at this Panera are the peak of cozy cafe! This Panera inspired me to subscribe to the Sips program! I could spend hours chilling in this Panera!

Bad management, 1 or 2 hrs before closing they dont have anything, sometimes even half day they are out of ingredients and they cant make your meal because they out.
