The customer service here is amazing. All the employees are great, but the management is terrible, because most of the managers are very lazy. The employees basically run this location and put in so much effort to satisfy the customers. These managers need to go.

I like Panera Bread because they have sandwiches, soups, appetizers, and drinks for customers for great tasting.
Sandwiches are often poorly made. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt is usually soggy, and the Tuna Salad Sandwich is basically just lettuce and bread—with hardly any tuna. Very disappointing.

We haven't been to panera in a long time because of cost increases but we were hungry and close to one so we went. We were shocked at not only how even more expensive it's gotten but how skimpy the portions are. The almost $8 breakfast sandwich was 4 inches (we actually measured it) and the 1/2 lunch sandwich I ordered was not much bigger. It had avocado on it but only 1 small piece about 1 inch by 1 inch in the entire sandwich and cost almost $10! Our total cost was over $20 and were still hungry.

I got all the way home with my order and there is barely half a container of soup for my bread bowl. Respectfully I paid full price for a bowl of soup and a bread bowl so I will not be coming back to this location only to get half servings.
