The food is always delicious at Panera! Don't be fooled by the name; they sell a lot more than bread. With options for those who are vegan, gluten free, dairy free, they boast an amazing menu! The service was pretty fantastic as well. Even though we where in the middle of the lunchtime rush service was reasonably fast and the food was wonderful.

I've just had the most delicious lunch at Panera's! I'm so very happy that you have the delicious strawberry blueberry poppyseed salad with chicken! The chicken was tender, fresh and delicious! I also had the new chicken tomato bacon lettuce and cheese sandwich with pesto! It was fresh large amazing mouth watering and a delightful dining experience! The side of bread was warm and the butter Made it extra special! It was so much food and outstanding, too! Thanks for great job you do at the everett mall store! ? So delicious and amazing quick efficient staff, too.

Went through the drive thru at 7:18 when they don’t close until 8, yet they wouldn’t take my order. Very disappointed in their service.

Pretty neat little place. Reminds me of taco time, where its fast food but unjustifiably high prices for what they pay their employees. It gets 4 stars just because the drive through has an exit and I use it to cut through the parking lot on my

Usually very good staff, but manager snapped at me when I told her that the bathroom needed toilet paper. Not sure why?

Lazy workers, didn’t want to make a smoothie because I came at 8:40 and they close at 9. They put their blenders away early, so even though they’re supposed to be open and available to serve you till 9, that’s not the case depending on what you order. Customer service is obviously not a priority to them! Also, a smoothie was the ONLY thing I ordered, and that was apparently too much for them.

being this location is on Everett Mall way which has been know for its drug induced clientele I think the employees are a little shell shocked from it. Sorry this isn’t Edmonds lady’s. This is still tweakerville just a different location. Is 112th still considered Everett? Idk ? anyways self serve coffee is da bomb, cookies are good. Sandwiches are pricy but good and the bathrooms are clean here.Edit: I don't think they can afford to pay employees here anymore because there is absolutely no "service" at this location. I just waited for 10 minutes to pick up a to-go-order that was sitting behind the counter getting cold the whole time.

Ordered sandwich that had a lump pf avocado and bacon bits in a soggy scoop in the middle, crust way to hard to eat. Also ordered a chocolate chip bagel,l which was hard, too hard to eat! And very stale.

Quick and friendly service. Bacon avocado melt was tasty. I like that fruit is an option for the side.

Alright I'm going here like every friday and theres this one guy at the counter that really gives good energy, greets you at the door with a smile and makes the ordering process phenomenal (I don't use that word often) he makes it feel like you're ordering from an actual person and not from a machine, (which there are) but you could get on a conversation that could last for hours with that dude. He's really energetic and the person i look forward to when going there bro hes great ?Vegetarian options: There's quite a few vegetarian optionsParking: Very gibKid-friendliness: There's a kids menu and no alcohol

If you've loved Panera for years, this review is for you. This is a half review for this location and then the other an overall commentary on how this chain is going downhill. A "You Pick 2" for $18?! I remember the days where it was under $10. Yes, inflation is at work including marketing branding this option as "You pick 2 entrees" instead of 1/2 of any option. The quality of the salads has gone downhill. My asian sesame was mostly lettuce and in a bigger bowl which appears as a full salad. As far as this location: most tables were dirty. Then, the cashier didn't explain to us that we had to listen for our order to be called out at the other end of the restaurant (they used to bring your order to the table). Or that after purchasing our drinks we were free to grab our cups for the soda fountain (which were in an awkward location next to another pay station ). When we asked her for the drinks, she told us that she assumed we had been there before, and that's why she didn't let us know. The funny thing is, we've been to Panera for over 20+ years, we've known how things used to work. Do things in life change? Yes, and that's ok. So if you've been here before: they no longer bring your food to your table, or the cashier no longer hands you the drink cups. What's dissapointing is how sad this place felt. Overpriced, dirty, and an disengaged cashier who couldn't say "make sure to listen for your order at the other end of the restaurant" after we paid.Overall, this is my rant for a place that used to feel unique and full of heart, to just another meh food chain.

I've never been inside. I've only ordered online, or been in the drive thru. But the food has been great everytime.
