Usually when I order from Papa John's it's a fairly decent deal this time it was horrible the order was late being delivered the chicken wings that I got were evidently baked this morning and then heated up with a micro wave it tasted like I was eating a giant piece of rubber plus there was a whole lot of fluid in the bottom of the container for the chicken wings I'm giving it a two because they gave it a shot I guess but I'll never go back

I've ordered alot from here while I'm working with my co workers. I've always have a great experience they have missed my peperinciniband ranch a few times but every time they will eather personally deliver them or accommodate me in some way I really appreciate this sens they do cost extra I've become a loyal customer here and will be ordering again. The prices are well priced and they always have some deals the side the sides are amazing and my favorite is the original cheese sticks with ranch marinara and peperoncinis.💛🤌👨🍳💋

I’d give this place a 6/5 if I could. I was in there tonight where I witnessed 2 employees being so kind and helpful to a couple ahead of me in line who didn’t speak English. One of the young men working went next door to get change for the people so they could buy their order using half cash and half card. The other gentleman was trying to translate for them. I hope these workers’ manager was there to see this interaction because these young men deserve all the tips! Apart from this beautiful human experience the food is always great here, the store is clean, and I’ve never had a mistake in any of my orders in the many years they’ve been making my pizzas. Thank you to those 2 young men tonight who reminded me people are good and lovely. May you both get such kindness in return.

There’s this one guy that I love there I don’t even know his name we ordered yesterday and he was working so hard had minimal power bc storm and still made my pizza so fast he’s my favorite worker there

I wasn't going to do this but this has been so many times now that they always forget something. Every time. When you pay for an extra topping, you expect to have it especially when it shows up on the receipt. And what are they going to do, give me a free pizza where they forget ingredients on that too? They never get it right. Ever. It's always something.

If I could give them a zero star I would we order pizza on line for pick and we order the game day bundle . All we got was the soda pizza and wings. They told us it didn’t have cheese bread with it and clearly on the website it shows. The girl at the front counter had cat hair all over her sweatshirt. Told us she knows nothing about what’s offered online

We ordered pizza on Tuesday Sept. 17, and got a notification that our order had just left the building and was delayed due to an evaluation because someone sprayed mace next door. So people evaluated but the pizza products stayed exposed to whatever was in the air from the mace and they still sent out our pizza. Me and my pregnant wife ended up getting really sick after eating the pizza and the cherry on top, nobody would of said anything EXCEPT we ended up calling to communicate and find out why we got a notification our pizza was delayed. This is completely unacceptable. I'm glad that not more harm was done to my wife and child. And that WE communicated with papa johns. But it was completely unprofessional to 1. Not communicate these health problems until WE reached out otherwise we wouldn't of known why were so sick and what my wife was exposed to, and 2. To send out food products after they're exposed to exactly what you didn't want your employees exposed to? Completely unacceptable.
