Unfortunately, we will no longer be ordering from this location. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional — definitely not suited for a customer service role. While I was waiting for my order (before being yelled at), I also noticed the manager treating other customers unfairly. It wasn’t just my experience — several people were having issues. It’s honestly disappointing for the franchise; a big name like Papa Johns Pizza shouldn’t be represented this way.

I don’t know why they sell heart shaped pizzas for valentines if they’re clearly not able to make them. Taste was pretty dry even thought i paid for extra cheese.

While i was waiting for my pizza, a gentleman came in and showed the doordash order and the manager,was so rude and basically made some racial comments about him being mexican and not understanding english and she refused to give him his order because he didn’t have the doordash bag…but that was just an excuse, Soon as he left, she started talking in such a racist way that it disgusted me! She also kept giving me and my child dirty looks just because I have dark hair. I bet she probably thought I was Mexican too… and honestly, I feel like she’s attacking people that she doesn’t like.. I hope the company sees that she’s doing an awful job and fire her.. I will make sure the contact who’s above the company and report her.

Bad service, very bad by a woman, I even question myself, super bad, they lost clients and left with a bad reputation and I charged triple for the pizza.
When you spend 100 bucks on pizza which honestly is crazy for what we got. You expect the pizza to be cooked properly with the proper toppings. However that was not the case. We paid for extra cheese and somehow got no cheese.

I'm a doordasher waiting for an order. I witnessed the cashier (who has her pants around her thighs in a kitchen for whatever reason) ask a quiet-speaking, non-native English speaking mother what their order is. The mother tried to speak but the clerk yelled over her almost immediately that she couldn't hear. The mother's (maybe 8 year old) son stood to try and order, and the clerk shouted again "whats your order!?" The kid, naturally, was a little shocked and laughed nervously, the clerk then said "alright if y'all are gonna laugh about it, y'all can wait". Extremely rude.

It's approximately 9:40 pm and the people in charge of the dough didn't wash their hands before starting to work on it. I waited while my husband was placing the order and the man went out to his car twice and went straight in to get the dough. It's very dirty because he's the one who makes the dough! The guy who's placing the orders gets paid in money and doesn't wash his hands. This place is dirty. This is the last time I'll eat here. Honestly, it disgusts me!
