Declining quality at this location recently. Hardly any toppings on pizzas and Papadias. Pizzas often have large areas with a crust bubble and no toppings and Papadias are mostly just crust.

Cheese bread seemed like it was made for another order but given to me when they saw I ordered one. Was extremely stale and cold. One of the pizzas I ordered was okay. The other had almost no pepperoni and had literally no cheese on half the pizza… the order was carelessly made and this location is going down hill. Sorry. Sucks to suck.

Ordered a pizza and pre-packaged salad for delivery on December 10. Salad "best by" date, which was clearly listed on the top of the packaging, was November 29! Makes you wonder what other products are being served nearly two weeks after the expiration date.

Ordered a regular pizza and a gluten free pizza. Regular one was fine. The GF one arrived burned to a crisp. Crust and all toppings were absolutely incinerated. Terrible and will not repeat.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust only available in small size. They burned it to a crisp.

Just an fyi the manager will tell ppl that comes in they aren’t doing interviews right now, but they have time to be out back smoking on their phones. That’s probably why your food and service sucks.

So we ordered a pineapple pizza. They lady said she got me. She had flour all over her. After touching a few things, she finally said let me wash my hands and I'll get started. She went to the sink and rince them with no soap for only a few seconds.. Eww. The gentleman that was the cashier did not seem to like his job and looked like he was scared or on something.. We have ordered pizza usually online. Glad we actually went inside this time.. If only we knew before what goes down when we don't see the process.. We were afraid to eat the pizza after watching that.. Unfortunately we won't be back.

So I ordered online at 6pm. At 7:20 I called. I was toldIt left the store at 7:01 pm. N they would remake since it shows delivered. . Then I called again at 7:56 pm. Bx no delivery. I was told it’s been sitting there for 30 min ? n it would leave now- so it’s 8:10 pm n not here still. I would have picked it up but it’s the hawks game. I live 1.6 miles from the restaurant. Super sad service. The manager was super nice tho, when I called. NO PIZZA still. How are they in business??

I waited an hour for my pizza to deliver and not a single call or update, the website wasn’t updating either, I call and they said it was taken by the wrong person and they’ll make another to have delivered then canceled the order 15 mins later without warning not ordering from here
worst place I've ordered dinner online. 1st of normally they deliver their own pizzas ya that didn't happen then I was told my pizzas were being delivered. I live in a secure apartment complex with secure buildings and asked for them to call me. so I received no call finally I called the driver and he spoke no English only Spanish I tried to translate and he said he gave some one my food so I keep calling papa John's and keep getting hung up on.

After an hour past my online delivery estimate, I finally called the store manager to check up on things. The first thing out of his mouth was “we don’t do delivery.” Like dude, you’re a Papa John’s, what do you mean you don’t do delivery? I’ve ordered from this place like 6 times, without any problems before. And that was after charging me $75.

I ordered a carryout Hawaiian pizza from this location and when I got home it was made wrong. It had ranch sauce on it instead of red tomato sauce. Well I called up the Everett 128th street location and told them that my pizza was wrong. They proceeded to tell me that since they didn't speak to me on the phone when I ordered the pizza that I could not get a refund or the pizza replaced. Then they said they checked my recept and it said RS on it for the sauce, which they said was ranch sauce. I told them that you would think RS meant red sauce. I would never order a Hawaiian pizza with ranch sauce on it. Plus the person who took my order over the phone was very hard to understand and obviously took my order down wrong. I took the gross pizza back to the location and told them thank you anyways for the terrible customer service. I will never go back.
