I walked into the store and saw that Graceland was busy, but she acknowledged me right away and let me know she’d be with me shortly. While I waited, I placed my order through the app, which was quick and easy to use. Graceland promptly found my order, made sure everything was included, and was very friendly throughout the process. Even though it was a short visit, it was a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish.“
