Not friendly, took a while to get the food and not sure we got the right pizza it didn't look like it should, we will go to a different store next time

I ordered 3 pizzas for “family dinner night” and all 3 were quite good. The 8 year old ate the cheese pizza all by himself, and we all (adults) enjoyed the 1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 Cowboy, and the thin-crust veggie pizza.

They never answer the phone and they're not open when they're supposed to be. The pizza is good, it's always the same. That's good.

I went in with my family, and the girl at the register was so rude about ordering 2 pizzas. We were told we couldn’t pay with a 50$(which is understandable) but the lady said it with such rudeness and attitude. so I went to pay with my card and she rolled her eyes and got irritated. So I ended up not buying pizzas and went somewhere else. The customer service was terrible. I am highly disappointed

I Came in to Papa Murphy's Pizza on 19th and Everett and it was 7:35 , we had called in an 45 MIN before that and no one answered and we had called multiple times and still had no answer. so he came in at 7:35 and they turned us away 5 minutes after they stop taken orders. They still had all their prep out . When we told the kid we had called more THEN once about 45 mins before to make an order, he juat said, "OH SORRY ABOUT THAT

It was ready when we got there. However, it looks like a toddler made it. Crust looks like someone picked at the edges to like eat the dough. Thank god it was purchased on a Tuesday because I am VERY disappointed.

The higher up management at these establishments enjoy berating their employees, threatening their jobs for minuscule things like not taking their full breaks, but they are alone all day and have to also help customers. They’d get written up for not answering customers, but also written up for not taking the full break. They change everything constantly without notice. And there was a dead rat in the cheese shredder, just so all you paying customers know!

'Worst pizza ever'. No fault to the employees or even the local manager. But this pizza is not good at all... no sauce whatsoever, it tastes like soft cheesebread. Toppings were globbed on and not spread out. For $40, not only do I feel ripped off, but I'll make it my personal mission to get "papa murphy's" shut down. I'm begging you, PLEASE stop by any of the nearby grocers and get the cheapest POS frozen pizza and have a 10x better experience. Learn from my mistake.

Curbside is a lie. You're gonna have to carry your pizza out yourself, because they literally won't answer the phone.

Otherwise it's the pizza we all know and love, promptly made, and of course, no matter where I order they never put the little cup of pepperoni in the Mini Murph, so don't expect that either. Maybe just buy some toppings at Safeway instead.
