The quality at this location has declined significantly.
Lately, we are typically unhappy with our order.
Tonight we ordered 4 Family size pizzas, every one of our pizzas were made incorrectly.
Unfortunately, the errors were not noticed until later as we went to bake them.
One of our pizzas even had pineapple on it, which we would never add because half of our family has a pineapple allergy.
We spend $100+ on every order we place, and are consistently getting wrong orders or poorly made pizzas with scarce toppings.
Train your staff!
Also, it's worth mentioning that there was one girl working, by herself, on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Poor staffing is typical with this location.

I walked into the store and saw that Graceland was busy, but she acknowledged me right away and let me know she’d be with me shortly. While I waited, I placed my order through the app, which was quick and easy to use. Graceland promptly found my order, made sure everything was included, and was very friendly throughout the process. Even though it was a short visit, it was a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish.
