If I could leave 10 stars I would. From the outside, and heck even on the inside you’ll find yourself thinking.. there’s no way this pho can be that good. Well that’s where you’re wrong. The owner spends 20 hours cooking the broth before serving and you can absolutely taste the difference that time and love make. I thought about Harry’s pho the entire time I was in Vietnam. I was so excited to try pho from the place where it comes from, but I have to be honest. Nothing came close to Harry’s! His broth is authentic with the best quality ingredients. The way his beef broth simmers for 20 hours, you can taste the deep richness in every bite! It’s the absolute best!
