I also appreciate the service of the staff, they are very friendly and moreover, their milk tea is very high, last time I tried taro boba black milk tea, this time I tried boba black sugar milk with brown sugar pearls, both were very great, its not too sweet so yea 🥰🥰 must tryyy !!!

Just visited this place for a pick up order and was disgusted at the condition of the fish tank inside. 4 fish inside a disgusting tiny tank. If they can’t even take care of animals properly what makes you think they are making your food properly. The condition of the store is also cluttered and smells. Would never come back

Food was DELICIOUS! I decided to try this restaurant because it was 10pm and they are open until midnight. I ordered a tofu banh mi, chicken banh mi, and tofu spring rolls. The spring rolls are huge! Everything was fresh and flavorful. Friendly fast service and I’ll definitely go back.

Not only is the food here absolutely incredible, but it is AMAZINGLY portioned for the cost. I’ve formerly been a person that’s always had a hard time finishing my pho because I never found it good enough to not be able to put down. Boy is that NOT the case at this restaurant!!! I finished every single little bite of noodle and meat (Beef brisket and beef rare is my go to) and raved about the food with my friend who joined me for dinner. The service is also amazing, the staff is very professional, patient, and well mannered. The atmosphere is great, very relaxed vibe for the restaurant, you don’t feel like you have to look a certain way to eat there, just come as you are and be prepared for delicious food for a great price with equally great service.
Pho Smile is a 10/10 spot! Open late (till midnight), great pho, and an awesome vibe with live music. I came in around 11:30, ordered brisket pho, and ended up jamming with the band after the guitarist handed me his guitar. Friendly people, good food, and unforgettable atmosphere — highly recommend!

Worse experience ever came here at 11pm I work a late shift so came in after work with my boyfriend excited to try a new place open late enough for my shift! Immediately met with drunk teenagers and a rude inattentive server. I asked the server for hot tea with sugar and he told me no “we’re not in Texas” and I said do you not have a side of sugar and he said we do but I’m not giving it to you then said “ that’s like putting ketchup on pizza” for a place that sells sweet sugary boba tea it’s crazy that they forbid me to put sugar in hot tea. As someone who used to go to the old Pho Hung almost every other weekend I was hoping Pho Smile would be just as nice and welcoming. Not sure if he just didn’t feel like working anymore and was trying to get us out but it worked never going back. (Update the P.O.S. employee was “Kevin”)
