My order wasn't right not only that I went to pick up the pizza and the store is a mess one of the guys was in the back just passed me didn't ask if I have been helped or anything there was garbage on the counters where it looks to be where the pizza is made lobby was messy I usually get delivery but today was last minute so we went to pick it up. Only good experience was the guy who handed me my order I didn't get his name

This pizza hut is disgusting all the way around from the staff to atmosphere. There was a guy working in the back , long black hair , scruffy face and walked past me and stunk so bad . How can let someone who doesnt take care of them selves take care of people's food . PREIOD ! DO BETTER

The Lady who works here black short hair has the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, RUDE With and Attitude for no reason and doesn’t know how to talk to people. on the OTHER HAND The gentleman who I’ve encountered here I believe blonde slim EXTREMELY NICE and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER WANT TO GO HERE WHEN THAT LADY IS THERE. She has bad energy and does not know how to talk to people. We’re human beings all equal and she talks to you like she better than you. Really really really did not like her energy at ALL.

This is the absolute worst pizza I have ever eaten. Unfortunately I couldn't give less than one star. If your just a broke twenty something looking for the cheapest worst food you can eat this is it. The toppings were scarce and of poor quality. The cheese flavorless. The top was over cooked while the bottom soggy. Even though I asked for crispy. I don't know what those pot heads are doing but making pizza isn't it. Go somewhere else. You wont regret it.

They were not open by 11 a.m, even though the website says 10 a.m. I was picking up an order, and could even see my order on the screen from the outside. Another customer was also waiting.
last time i had pizza hut was in 2018 and i was hungry today so i bought pizza from here i regret the pizza, only 10/10 is the wild cherry pepsi do better pizza hut 🤦🏽 (papa johns better)

I ordered online to be delivered, when it was delivered, it was simply placed on my porch, no knock, no door bell, just dropped off like an infant at a firehouse!!! Got rid of DoorDash! I forgot they have DoorDash deliver their pizzas, I’ve had problems before, forgotten items and delivery people who “can’t speak English” so I couldn’t even get the issue fixed! Nope, until I hear that they got rid of DoorDash, I’ll go elsewhere!
Parking: I ordered delivery. I wasn’t concerned about parking!!!!

The pizza is good, but the customer service is horrible. Ordered a pizza, some Cinnabons, and two soft drinks - Dr Pepper and Diet Pepsi. Order arrived with no Cinnabons and a Pepsi Zero instead of a Diet Pepsi. Called in and the lady that answered argued that Pepsi Zero was basically Diet Pepsi and offered no resolution about the Cinnabons and then hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! Called in to place an order and in the middle of me explaining what my order will be they placed me on hold with no explanation for longer than 5 minutes. So I hung up and called again thinking it was by accident, when they answered my call i asked them what happened out of curiosity and they just hung up on me with no explanation. All I wanted was some pizza, it isn’t my fault they’re angry and don’t like their job.
