I had received an email from the company about a brand new kind of pizza that could be ordered at the store. When I got to the location, the people in the store didn't have a clue about the new product or even how to find the price. I had to research online and find out that because I was 2 minutes after 5:00, I was not able to order the new thing for the reduced price. Very very frustrating. I would highly recommend that they work on training the employees to know exactly what's going on with new items.

Some people do not use door dash or uber because of safety issues with those services. The least you could do is state that it is being delivered through a third party in the check out process so that i do not order from you. Instead i spend $55 on food that i will not eat.

I ordered the Big Dinner Box expecting what was advertised, but instead was given two plain round hand-tossed pizzas with no seasoning or flavor — no explanation or notice at all. The cheesy bread was bland and dry, lacking any of the garlic or cheesy flavor it’s supposed to have. Even the boneless wings were disappointing — noticeably smaller and lacking quality.
What’s even more frustrating is that when you leave a negative review, Pizza Hut always replies with a generic “please contact us at this email so we can make it right” — but they never respond. It feels like they don’t actually care about customer satisfaction, just appearances.
Very disappointing experience overall. I won’t be ordering from them again.

By far the best Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, everything was exceptional the service, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the pizza. It was perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and absolutely delicious from the first bite to the last. A truly outstanding experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!

Ordered 4 of their personal pan pizzas today for the house and ended up with overbaked, undersauced, cheeseless, HAND-TOSSED crust personal pizzas. One slice and all four ended up being left to toss out. What a complete disappointment.

I was a little disappointed in the pizza this time, it seems a lot thinner for the stuffed crust and there wasn’t very much toppings so needless to say I was a little disappointed. The staff was very nice and it’s very clean in there.

Ordered a dinner box because I like the rectangle pan, apparently they didn't have any left so they just gave me a regular hand tossed, with out letting me know or give option for a round Pan. Not only that, the 2 liter drink was room temp, and they didn't even have any cold drinks available. Overall disappointed with my order here.
It would have been nice if there wasn’t 3 inches of crust on the pizza. Last time we ever order Pizza Hut.

Food is consistently hot and on time, but the lack of sauce is getting ridiculous. I even ordered extra sauce last time and there was almost none on the pizza. It feels like eating a giant bread stick at this point.

I really enjoy coming to this location, and any conflicts have always been met with fairness in return. However, today, when I walked in to receive and things took a weird/awkward turn. I walked in to receive my order, about 3 minutes after it was ready. Upon walking in, I was told to wait to the side until I heard my name. They didn't ask my name and then made me wait another 15 minutes.
They said they said my name already and that it was my fault for the delay. They didn't even give me a chance to tell them my name as they kept walking away to the back and listing off other orders. I felt it was a bit rude to push me to the side before asking the name for my order. Had I received actual service, I would have been in/out. I ordered ahead of time to avoid waiting...
I'm blessed this wasn't my lunch break or I would of been screwed over. I really have compassion for most situations, but this felt like rude consumer and poor service today, unfortunately. I do feel bad because aside from today, every other experience has been amazing. My pizza was still good least.
It definitely steered me away from coming back to this location for a while.
Parking: Nostalgic and classic hut roof. Do lock your cars here as they're not in the best area of town. Especially at night.
Please please PLEASE stop using Doordash as your delivery option! The quality of the food that arrives home from them ranges from great to absolutely horrible!
The last few times you used doordash to deliver my meal, they would constantly be missing one or two items from the order!
Please stop using doordash and just use an in-house delivery driver!

I called on Halloween night to inquire about a Jack O Lantern pizza my grandkid wanted. Pizza Hut didn't have that offer it was Papa Murphys however Kana offered to personally make a Jack O Lantern pizza for my grand kid. It was very sweet of him to go out of his way for us on a very busy night.
