I really enjoy coming to this location, and any conflicts have always been met with fairness in return. However, today, when I walked in to receive and things took a weird/awkward turn. I walked in to receive my order, about 3 minutes after it was ready. Upon walking in, I was told to wait to the side until I heard my name. They didn't ask my name and then made me wait another 15 minutes.
They said they said my name already and that it was my fault for the delay. They didn't even give me a chance to tell them my name as they kept walking away to the back and listing off other orders. I felt it was a bit rude to push me to the side before asking the name for my order. Had I received actual service, I would have been in/out. I ordered ahead of time to avoid waiting...
I'm blessed this wasn't my lunch break or I would of been screwed over. I really have compassion for most situations, but this felt like rude consumer and poor service today, unfortunately. I do feel bad because aside from today, every other experience has been amazing. My pizza was still good least.
It definitely steered me away from coming back to this location for a while.
Parking: Nostalgic and classic hut roof. Do lock your cars here as they're not in the best area of town. Especially at night.
Please please PLEASE stop using Doordash as your delivery option! The quality of the food that arrives home from them ranges from great to absolutely horrible!
The last few times you used doordash to deliver my meal, they would constantly be missing one or two items from the order!
Please stop using doordash and just use an in-house delivery driver!

I called on Halloween night to inquire about a Jack O Lantern pizza my grandkid wanted. Pizza Hut didn't have that offer it was Papa Murphys however Kana offered to personally make a Jack O Lantern pizza for my grand kid. It was very sweet of him to go out of his way for us on a very busy night.

3 hour wait just to wind up with no pizza. No communication. No offer to make it right, hung up on me on the 5th attempt to get someone on the phone. And all I get was "a refund will be to you in 3-5 business days." I'm 6 minutes away and I've had pizza hut delivered to me several times to this apartment. Seriously, do better, pizza hut.

I ordered two large three topping pizzas with sauce and crust upgrades. I got two medium two topping pizzas with the wrong crust and wrong sauce. I tried to call the store and the staff hung up on me multiple times when I called and asked to speak with a manager. I called the complaint line and they offered me a discount on my next order which doesn’t even come close to what I paid for the food I never got. When calling the store, if they didn’t hang up, they put me on hold. I finally hung up after 30 minutes.
Beyond unhappy. This is terrible, I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The last 3 times ive ordered, the products I've received has been absolutely horrible. My order sat on their counter because someone thought it was pickup when it was delivery. The next time both pizza boxes were dented in, the stickers were not fully stuck to the boxes like someone had been in the boxes. Same with the wings container, top. Was flattened sticker was undone. 3rd time. I ordered 2 pizzas and two, 2liters. Driver showed up with 2 pizzas and one 2liter. When asked where my second 2liter was, he said he was only given 1 from the store. He then told me I needed to call doordash to get a refund. I asked how that works when I'm paying cash. He didn't know. Took about 10 minutes before the driver decided to go back to pizza hut and get the rest of my order. Seems since pizza hut quit using its own drivers the quality of their products has been horrible, this includes horrible delivery.. and how does my order get turned over to doordash? IF I WANTED COLD FOOD DELIVERED BY DOORDASH, I WOULD ORDER THROUGH DOORDASH. YOU HAVE NO BUISNESS HANDING MY ORDER OFF TO ANYONE BUT ME!!!!!!!!!

Thursday, February 15th is when I went in. Bought a 1 topping Large Pep and some Garlic Breadstucks. They are amazing here. Love the customer service and how nice the workers are. Appreciate how fresh everything was. These breadsticks were incredible haha. Missed the garlic sauce out of my order but it's okay. We managed making some sauces at home. Thanks for the 5 star service.

Manager works so hard here. Food was hot and delicious. Hadn't had a pan pizza in forever. Customer service was top noch. We were visiting and took our pizza to a hotel room. We were offered plates and napkins outside of the norm for most quick grab establishments. Honestly above and beyond what I was expecting. Was offered a pizza deal that suited my family's taste in toppings. She busts her rear to make this location a well-oiled machine.

Order delivery, guy went to wrong place. Pizza was warm at best. Got a 3 topping pizza and didn't have a piece with all 3 topping. Very skimp with tje toppings.
