One of the best deliveries I’ve had in a very long time! I contacted the store and spoke to Emma the manager on duty and she was extremely sweet and very very bright! Thank you, Pizza Hut for making my night. Thank you to the delivery guy as well! Got my food here less than the time that it was supposed to be here and I so appreciate that! I had received an email from the company about a brand new kind of pizza that could be ordered at the store. When I got to the location, the people in the store didn't have a clue about the new product or even how to find the price. I had to research online and find out that because I was 2 minutes after 5:00, I was not able to order the new thing for the reduced price. Very very frustrating. I would highly recommend that they work on training the employees to know exactly what's going on with new items.
Some people do not use door dash or uber because of safety issues with those services. The least you could do is state that it is being delivered through a third party in the check out process so that i do not order from you. Instead i spend $55 on food that i will not eat.

I ordered the Big Dinner Box expecting what was advertised, but instead was given two plain round hand-tossed pizzas with no seasoning or flavor — no explanation or notice at all. The cheesy bread was bland and dry, lacking any of the garlic or cheesy flavor it’s supposed to have. Even the boneless wings were disappointing — noticeably smaller and lacking quality.
What’s even more frustrating is that when you leave a negative review, Pizza Hut always replies with a generic “please contact us at this email so we can make it right” — but they never respond. It feels like they don’t actually care about customer satisfaction, just appearances.
Very disappointing experience overall. I won’t be ordering from them again.

By far the best Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, everything was exceptional the service, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the pizza. It was perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and absolutely delicious from the first bite to the last. A truly outstanding experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!

Ordered 4 of their personal pan pizzas today for the house and ended up with overbaked, undersauced, cheeseless, HAND-TOSSED crust personal pizzas. One slice and all four ended up being left to toss out. What a complete disappointment.
