Thursday, February 15th is when I went in. Bought a 1 topping Large Pep and some Garlic Breadstucks. They are amazing here. Love the customer service and how nice the workers are. Appreciate how fresh everything was. These breadsticks were incredible haha. Missed the garlic sauce out of my order but it's okay. We managed making some sauces at home. Thanks for the 5 star service.

Manager works so hard here. Food was hot and delicious. Hadn't had a pan pizza in forever. Customer service was top noch. We were visiting and took our pizza to a hotel room. We were offered plates and napkins outside of the norm for most quick grab establishments. Honestly above and beyond what I was expecting. Was offered a pizza deal that suited my family's taste in toppings. She busts her rear to make this location a well-oiled machine.

Order delivery, guy went to wrong place. Pizza was warm at best. Got a 3 topping pizza and didn't have a piece with all 3 topping. Very skimp with tje toppings.

Excellent service!! My pizzas was hot and fresh. Delivery was fast and accurate unlike other pizza places in the area. Delivery guy was on point and friendly. Great job!!
Great pizza for a football party. Led us to victory over USC! Pizza made it better! Loved the combo! Build a pizza was good as only some wanted pineapple LOL!
Horrible customer service. 10121 Evergreen Way Ste 23, Everett, WA 98204. Manger was completely unhelpful. On hold for 15min called back and put on hold again. Double charged my card no response or meal. Horrible. Never use!!!! Filling a BBB review and will try to provide further details. Never use thisstore!!! Manger name is sabien I was offered zero help. Told they did not charge my account and even if I bring proof of the hold nothing will be done without corporate approval

I ordered the family box with 2 pizzas, breadsticks and fettuccine. Both pizzas were incorrect. Fettuccine was crunchy and there was no sauce for my bread. absolutely do not recommend this store.

Their online ordering app kept erroring out when we attempted to place our order. We were ultimately charged 3 times with no order actually attached to us. We tried calling to have the charges removed but was in their call queue for 30mins without connecting to a team member. We now have to wait to dispute with bank claims on Monday due to them being incapable of answering their phone. Will never attempt to order from here again

Ordered 3 large pizzas for pickup. Arrived a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time, but the pizzas were ready and I didn't need to wait. The staff were friendly and the location was clean. Pizzas were hot, and made exactly to order. This is in contrast to other Pizza Hut locations in the area. We specifically picked this one based on recent reviews, even though it's far enough away from us that they don't deliver to our house. Was not disappointed!
OK pizza, needed a bit more cheese. Not unfriendly service but not great.
