A very beautiful and clean embankment where you can walk and breathe clean air. There are benches, fountains in summer and a toilet.

The phrase "working waterfront" has never been more apt but with nice restaurants and such right in the mix.

I spent over ten days this Dec. (2024) working at the port as a vendor, sharing reindeer with the public, and I just wanted to say how nice it was to work with the events staff at the port. Kat, Emma, and Kate we're all incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. After spending time with the three of them, it's obvious they take pride in what they do and love the community that makes Everett what it is. After almost two weeks of service I was able to leave with lasting memories. Thanks again! Highly recommended.

Used to be a great place to keep a boat, but recently taken over by corrupt management. They have very poor customer service skills, driven by greed, and ignore major issues like increasing theft and lack of security. There have been multiple boat thefts over the past year, and the port has done nothing to respond besides increasing parking rates and hiring more parking enforcement officers. Do not part anywhere for more than 5 minutes otherwise you'll get a ticket.
Boat owners will pay hefty moorage fees falling apart docks, rude office staff, and high theft risk. Avoid keeping your boat here - the marina staff desperately need training in emotional intelligence and customer service.

Great port, but NO PUBLIC EV CHARGERS? For all the money and initiative the port is taking on renovations, no chargers are a bad choice.

They have all the resources to install affordable EV charging with construction.

Only two charging areas, one being at a private apartment lot and the other being poor quality Blink chargers.

One aspect of the waterfront not publicly discussed is the train yard right across the street.
Any kid who likes to play with a train set will love watching the trains in transit through the port area. From Legion Park south past the old Scott Paper Building.
Oil tanker trains, Coal Trains, Garbage Containers Trains and General Freight Trains.

Do not come to Port of Everett unless you want a parking ticket. They love making their money on tickets. Only 2 hour parking and that means not 2 hours and 5 minutes.

Regarding the marina, the good is the wide variety of services and food in the area. The bad is the management of the marina. Particularly dock 5. Located in the middle of a bustling city, there is no marina office, no evident security, the guest docks are open to the public, and finding your slip is a problem. There are no slip numbers and when we got there after the designated check in time the reservation signs were from the previous day. We talked to two other boaters with similar issues. The office via phone provided neither bathroom codes or any WiFi info.
