Employee tried to push usaway with half our order missing. The pretzels were hard and inedible and the cheese was room temp squeeze cheese. The worst pretzel I have ever had hands down. Do not waste your time or money.

Walked past this place many times but never tried the pretzels until last week! The best part, they make it fresh. Thought I will pick up the pretzels and nuggets; but they started making it right after I ordered. It didn't take much time though.The pretzel was hot and very soft! Loved it! The nuggets - they call it pretzel bites - was delicious too. We picked the Cinnamon & powdered sugar flavors! Very good and nothing to complain about.It's a typical mall food outlet. Service was great. The lady at the counter was very sweet! Seating is at the food court. casual place!

READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE....TOPIC: hair cooked in pretzel, falsely accusing customer of magically putting hair in the middle of the pretzelMy son wanted a pretzel...i looked in the lit up display and they looked like they've been sitting for way longer than when they opened so I was glad she went in the back to get one. We go sit down and Im showing my kid how to rip a peice off and dip it and there is a nasty hair in there. Which look, it's gross but it happens. It does happen more when your hair is half up, half down and no hair net, hat or bandana.Anyway,I bring it up to the counter and say there is hair in the pretzel (mind you, it is literally baked inside of the pretzel) and she started inspecting it so hard (I'm honestly surprised she didn't have a microscope and flashlight) I noticed her look at my hair then look down at the hairy pretzel a few times but didn't say anything because that would be ridiculous right? ...this woman really says "this is the same color as your hair" and side note my hair is blonde and long not black ombre-ING into fried brass orange. as I was responding it was cooked in there she is trying to destroy it to get it out of the breading because people were watching. We didn't even take a bite out of it (thank God) and I just wanted my money back so she thought she could be slick and act like I am trying to pull a fast one on her which is ironic because she shorted us on the refund too but apparently she needed it more than me. My dad had to walk up with my son to intervine because she was really that out of pocket. I do have a video and pictures of all of this but I think it will be more special to post in some local social media groups with at least 60k members vs the few who will take the time to check the reviews for this establishment.I would be surprised if she wasn't owner of this little pretzel shop because there is no way they could afford even a minimum wage salary, but the slim chance she is please don't fire her! I don't wish that on anyone...but its very comforting that she has to show up to that awful mall everyday ?P.S.Im pretty sure those aren't pretzels and they definitely aren't twisted..so I would strongly consider rebranding after all of this ?

They are closed more then they are open it seems. Even on Saturdays. Nearly everytime I go there they are closed or out of something. Their pretzel dogs are amazing though & the staff is pleasant. I'd rate the place higher if these issues were fixed.

This place is literally never ever open and I'm sick of wasting my time going into the mall just to see them closed every time. Today is Saturday at 1:00. Online says they're open. You have no business being at the mall. Get out please. Make room for another mediocre restaurant.

Look I'll start by saying that I work in the restaurant industry. With that said, I usually don't leave bad reviews because I understand sometimes they can just be off. The pretzels aren't pretzels. I don't know what they are but they're not pretzels. The lady who helped us didn't ask what we wanted. Like there are different toppings that you can get. The cheese that she gave us wasn't warmed up and it was definitely just like some Costco brand. The soft drinks that we got had a few cubes of ice which just made the soda lukewarm. This was all for the price of $18 for two people. Like I understand also that prices are going up. I will never be going back here again. Please do the same.

There was a hair in our food and we very nicely asked for a new pretzel cup and they told me it was my hair. No one was wearing a hairnet and I have dark dark brown hair and my girl friends hair reaches past her back. The hair strand was yellow matching one of the employees and after 10 mins of arguing I asked her if she had a supervisor she said that she was the owner of the store. Long Story short bad service.
