The food is amazing but the service is even better! I'd never been to Quiznos before and when we ordered mine, WE messed up how I needed it ordered. When we realized I couldn't eat my sandwich, my partner went back to the counter to order a new sandwich for me. The fantastic young men behind the counter were very patient and clarified every single thing they were doing to ensure I could enjoy my first Quiznos experience. My remake was fantastic and I'm already excited to return!
Dietary restrictions: The staff is kind, patient, and will do everything they can to ensure dietary restrictions and allergies or accommodated.

Good service, forgot to fully seal the lid for my dip and it spilled all over my bag and made my sandwich soggy.

Placed an order on 07/04 online. The order said it would be ready for pick up at 6:56. Drove all the way down there, lights off, chairs on top of the tables, no one inside. My credit card was charged, the online ordering system directly through the Quiznos app allowed me to order, gave me a pick up time and they were closed and we were starving. Not salty that they were closed, super salty they didn’t notify us BEFORE we placed the order. If we would have been alerted in a timely fashion, we could have made other plans. If a restaurant can’t communicate decently, is it worth your time trying to order and being disappointed?!?
Worst ever. They screwed me on my 12 inch, gave me a 8 inch cut in half and barely any toppings , what a ripoff. Went the thr one on 164th and it was twice as many toppings and a proper size

The service was lovely. The person making the sandwiches was very nice. The only reason I knocked off a star is I asked for lettuce on all 3 of my sandwiches and he said they don't come with lettuce normally. I said oh, well please just put lettuce on my sandwich. When I went to go eat mine, there was no lettuce and on the other 2 sandwiches there was not very much lettuce. I don't like sandwiches without lettuce as it is a texture thing for me and I need it. So it was hard to enjoy my sandwich. If the requested lettuce had been added to it, it would have been a fairly good sandwich. I think another popular sandwich shop that can toast your sandwich has better ingredients and bread. I will give Quiznos another shot, but if it misses the mark, food wise, I'm done trying it.
The restaurant was clean and tidy, the patrons were super friendly (although the restaurant has no control over that part, it was still lovely talking with such friendly people), the sandwich maker was swift, and friendly.
I recommend giving it a try, it may be your cup of tea.
Parking: There is a parking lot and street parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ♿ parking and there is wheelchair access to get inside restaurant.

I've missed Quiznos since the one closes nearby, but on a recent trip further north was very pleased to find one so open. They always had the best Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. Well, those are gone, but the Angus Steak was a perfect replacement. I was not disappointed. The sitting area was clean and quiet, honestly, no complaints.

The customer service here is rude and is difficult to understand. No sense of customer friendliness or appreciation. Go to Subway across the street.

Ordered a pick-up order online. French dip without the horseradish sauce. Bun was soft, onion wasn’t. Beef was not generous and perhaps most egregious — the au jus was blah.

Probably the worst sandwich I've ever had. I bought the French Dip and it tasted like plastic. The people who work here look like they want to be anywhere else. No smiles at all and I can barely understand them because they're so quiet and there's also a language barrier! It's not always best to hire within the family which this seems to be the case.

Quiznos is the absolute best sandwich place around. It puts subway and jimmy johns to shame! The sauces, the breads, everything is so much better than other sandwich shops! I highly recommend the chicken carbonara on the rosemary parmasan bread. It's to die for!

Their payment machine was not working and the employees stood there and insisted it was my card and told me that I must not have money in my account. We went through multiple cards as well as Apple Pay - none would go through their machine. There was nobody else in the store to try it. They said “it is not my problem, it is YOUR problem”. I went somewhere else and bought food with my card.Edit: Thanks for the response 'owner' but it is a generic follow-up that went nowhere. not helpful
