Ordered a pick-up order online. French dip without the horseradish sauce. Bun was soft, onion wasn’t. Beef was not generous and perhaps most egregious — the au jus was blah.

Probably the worst sandwich I've ever had. I bought the French Dip and it tasted like plastic. The people who work here look like they want to be anywhere else. No smiles at all and I can barely understand them because they're so quiet and there's also a language barrier!It's not always best to hire within the family which this seems to be the case.

Quiznos is the absolute best sandwich place around. It puts subway and jimmy johns to shame! The sauces, the breads, everything is so much better than other sandwich shops! I highly recommend the chicken carbonara on the rosemary parmasan bread. It's to die for!

Their payment machine was not working and the employees stood there and insisted it was my card and told me that I must not have money in my account. We went through multiple cards as well as Apple Pay - none would go through their machine. There was nobody else in the store to try it. They said “it is not my problem, it is YOUR problem”. I went somewhere else and bought food with my card.Edit: Thanks for the response 'owner' but it is a generic follow-up that went nowhere. not helpful

Every time I come here i get something other then what I ordered. It would be nice if you could at least see what they were putting on your sandwich considering the language barrier . I’m not coming back to the location again.

Was definitely disappointed with the sandwich I'd gotten. The customer service was fine but the sandwich was too burned & I couldn't find the courage to say it was beyond edible so I just got my food & left. Took maybe 2 bites later & tossed the rest cause all I could taste was burnt crispy bread & dry cheese... Definitely not worth the money anymore.

Used to be a really great location. Now, not so clean, employees are friendly enough, but I think they are under weighing the ingredients. Pretty lackluster sandwich for $10 for an 8".

The employees here work really hard and the food always tastes great. I recommend the honey mustard sub with an apple harvest chicken salad (pair-up).
Since we don’t have a Quiznos in my town anymore I have to drive about 70 min to the closest one. Normally it’s amazing. I always get the honey mustard chicken (Modified ) to my liking. I think the guy was new and didn’t know this sauces. But idk why the sandwich tasted kinda bland. But otherwise I love this place.

Quiznos has apparently replaced all of their bread with, what appears to be, the hot dog buns from Costco. Seeds on top & all. I get that hard times call for everyone to make cut backs, but really? For close to $20 for an 8 inch sub I expect a lot more. Not to mention it tastes so bad I can’t even finish it.

Sandwich is okay. They only have one veggie sandwich. You're better off at Subway if you are vegetarian.

Love Quiznos however the customer service at this location is seriously lacking. Very little interaction between us. We were rushed and we could tell our questions were an inconvenience to the gentleman making our food lol. Luckily our sammies were yummy.
