Not high quality or anything but its better then taco bell and it hits the spot, also cheap. Alibertos not to far away wont get my money anymore. They have raised there prices dramatically and their menu states certain items come with sides and drinks and they never include them. Railbertos doesn't do that!

I’m in town visiting and thought I’d treat myself to some Mexican food, since I’m spoiled by the stuff we get in Southern California. Well… turns out I’m still spoiled, because this was not it.
Let me start with the good news: the tortilla was amazing. Like, shockingly amazing. If the whole meal had lived up to that tortilla, I’d be writing poetry right now. I’d be nominating it for awards. I’d be carrying it around in my purse like a comfort tortilla.
Unfortunately, everything inside it tasted like it was hiding from flavor. The guacamole? I’m pretty sure it was just an avocado that got confused and thought it was supposed to be a glass of water. No cilantro, no lime, no garlic—nothing. Just vibes.
The carne asada inside the burrito also seemed scared of spices, seasoning, or any personality whatsoever. Bland all the way through.
So yes, the tortilla was the star… but it was performing a one-person show. The rest of the meal didn’t even show up to rehearsal.

We live in Bellingham and have dentist appointments down here and don't know where to eat. We found this place and it was truly yummy! I have NEVER had soft, juicy, flavorful shredded chicken like I did here. I wish the music in the kitchen was in the lobby. But other than that it was decorated cute for Christmas and clean. Drink options GALORE! I highly recommend this place!! We'll hopefully be back!

I want to give 5 star because I come here often and I usually tip cash very well like $10+ for one meal. But when I order off of door dash they NEVER give me salsas with my order even when I put a note every time to add salsa on the side. The note even shows it on my receipt, but no salsa is in the bag. The food isn’t the same without it. I want spicy 🌶️ and when I don’t get it, I get frustrated lol. Can’t be that hard to give me salsa on the side when I request it and spending $ for it!

I’ve tried the Menudo at many Mexican spots around here. Raliberto’s is the best one so far. The soup is not overly salty with a balanced consistency and good cuts of tripe with hominy (not many places add hominy). Load it up with chopped onions and cilantro and it had me sweating like you would expect from a Menudo.
The best burrito I’ve got from this area so far! Sooo delicious and the best late night or post-game snack

We love Ralibertos! We come almost every friday night for carne asada fries - usually after a Tips game, but now we've sort of made it a habit so even on non game days we get fries lol
The staff are so friendly. Usually it is the same person who takes our order and she is amazing - she sees us, knows our order and is punching it in before we get to the register ❤️ sometimes we get to chat, she's very kind too.
We've had a lot of food off the menu, all of it delicious. They even have lengua. They often have tres leches cake which is too good. Fries are always extra crispy, loaded with carne asada, the portion is huge I usually leave half for my BF to eat the next day.
