Saddest burger I’ve ever seen; barely any lettuce, sliver of onion, 1 measly tomato, 2 pickles, and a smushed sesame bun. We didn’t receive the extra sauces we ordered and paid for even after asking the employee if it was in one of the bags. Her response was “it should be” Not a single napkin given for 3 combo meals and must of been on an ice shortage for drinks. I also got grease splatter on my windshield and side view mirror as somehow? They don’t answer their phone....read full review
Food quality and service has steadily declined to the point where we will never return.
Mind you, our family has been frequenting this business since it opened in 1962.
We are extremely disappointed that the owners have allowed this to occur.
This goes way beyond not being able to find good, dependable help.
It seems the owners have lost interest, and are simply no longer concerned with customer satisfaction. What ever happened to pride in your business?
