Shocked... completely shocked. My wife and I have been a regular here at this Razzals, visiting about 3 or 4 times a month, for several years now, and have had awesome service until now. We entered at about 6:30 this evening, sat at our regular table, and were greeted by a girl who helped us 2 or 3 times before with the question, "I need to see your ID before we can move forward with your beer request." I'm 66, and my wife is 61, and we have never been asked for anything in such a firm and hostile matter. My wife left her purse at home and explained, "we have been here before," the dark-haired and tat-fulled girl said, "well, I've never seen you before. We then thought she was joking, so when she came back to take our order, she asked my wife if she was having water or soda with her meal, my wife then said, "Well, no I want a beer with my meal, and in a very firm and hostile manner the server says, "I'm not serving you any beer.without your ID. My wife got up and said, "I no longer want anything and began to walk out. I simply ask, "You were serious?" The server then said yes and went on to the couple next to us as we were walking out. We often order the steak salad along with some fixings and tip very heavy. However, we no longer see how we can return to this place or refer people as we always do. Frankly, I feel it's a tragity because it doesn't have to be this way. This is because we know there will be very little, if any consequence or accountability in this matter.

Horrible beer. Went there and saw a RAT in the bar. Workers where coughing and I felt very sad. I got my beer to watch the football game and some people where singing karaoke and I was mad! Got my beer and it was flat, sour, and there was dust in it!! I went up to leave and I fell on a broken wood panel on the floor! So sad ??

I think this place is closed for bussiness but it says they are open on their website, I went there a few times but they happen to be closed , disappointing ?, the least you can do for customers is let them know if you are not open on your website .

I frequent Razzals for pool league. Just took care of the tables and they are great. Karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights is always fun, decent menu with tasty options. Drinks could be cheaper but that's just me. Overall the place is heading in the right direction.*UPDATE* Razzals apparently has closed as of 10/17/22. That makes me a sad panda ?
Service is awesome. Food is really good (especially peanut butter cheddar cheese burger and sweet potato fries). First 2 soda refills are free. Pool tables, darts, a calendar full of fun.

The food here is fantastic! There's only one issue and that is this. I am immunocompromised, therefore I order from here often using Door Dash the past 3 times the order has been completely wrong or missing items unfortunately for me it's 3 strikes your out! It's a shame really the food here is awesome! I just refuse to continue trying when they just can't seem to get it right. In each instance I checked the order to be sure the error wasn't on my end and it was correct, in addition Door Dash charged the proper amount unfortunately this is 100% the restaurant.
